Love these pants. They fit well and have a nice stretch. Most importantly, many, many thanks to Columbia for making pants in a short length!!

This is my second pair of these pants. I find them very comfortable to hike in. The two snap waistband fits nicely and there is no need for a belt. I like the security of having a zippered pocket. I also really appreciate that they come in a short length. Although they are still a tad too long for me (I am 5' 1"), when I wear my hiking boots, they are fine. They are very lightweight and dry quickly making them ideal to travel with.

I have worn these pants for the past 6 years. Walked the camino de Santiago, 500 mi in 35 days. Perfect fit, light weight, easy to wash, quick dry, wrinkles disappear when put back on. Great for trekking and also for traveling. Looks great with a dressy shirt; able to wear out on the town. Comfortable and cool even after walking 15-20 miles per day. Nothing better!

Excellent fit and great quality. Couldnt be happier! Easy to move in them. I love the material.

These are great hiking pants. Keep the sun out and dry quickly. The fir is great and not baggy like some of the other pants Ive had. This is my third pair. The other have not worn out, I just wanted another color. I've hiked 10 days in Utah and 14 days on the PCT with these. I use these for a Kenya mission in December. I'll hike the JMT next year and the the Grand Canyon.

I have two pair of probably 20-year-old Columbia Omni Shield hiking pants that still look good, but they only have one tiny zip pocket (for a room key or credit card). I had hoped this pair would have a pocket large enough for the new phones, but though an iPhone 13 Pro would fit in the front pockets, it would be uncomfortable and potentially slip out. I'm still deciding if I'll keep these or not also because the rise is very short. The fit is snug for someone with larger, muscular legs, but the stretch makes them comfortable, and they're a nice enough fabric and cut that I could get away with using these for casual city dining on trips.

The pants are perfect for weekends on the go. They are comfortable and fit just right. I did order up a size as suggested.

These pants are so comfortable and fit my body very well, though it took me a few tries to get the right fit and inseam length. I am 140lbs, 5'7", and I found the size 8 Tall (34" inseam) to be the best fit. I'm not an incredibly tall person, but the regular inseam (32") pants were too short and didn't cover the tops of my boots. Just bought the same pant in another size, it's a great lightweight option for summer!

I am 5'10, long legs, my waist is 26, but since these are lower rise I recommend not following the size guide or it will be too small. I originally got a size XS as it said it was for 26.5 waist but it was too tight and gave a rly bad camel toe. I ended up returning and getting a size S and it fits literally so well and the material is so nice. I kind of was looking for something that was similar to the Lululemon dancer pants, and while these are not the exact same they both give off the model day off vibe to wear with like a tank top or something. So cute I am wearing them right now and you can wear it in hot weather and you will be fine. I love these pants and will definitely get more colors.

So comfortable and nice! I absolutely love them, I wear them everywhere. I bought more of them because they looked so great and were comfortable. Plus my phone fits in the pockets.

I normally wear a size 10. Went up a size because of the reviews saying that they run small. Ended up returning and buying my usual size 10 short for a perfect fit!

I received these today after ordering two size 8’s that I had to return. The size 10 L are perfect for me. I do own two other styles of Columbia pants and they are also 8’s and fit me perfectly but not this style I had to size up one. I am 5’9 and weigh 130 lbs. I love these pants and am very happy with my purchase and would purchase again. So much more comfortable than jeans. Thanks Zappos!

Love these but they had to go back to size up. I own several pair of Columbia pants and they are all size 8 but I need a 10.

I'm an athletic trainer, so I needed pants that looked nice yet were functional and doesn't let sweat build up and show. These work perfect! Love having the belt loops.

These are a perfect fit. I am 5'4". Selling to the building industry - I will wear for work over summer, and pant is a nice middle-ground for "not too dressy - not too casual".

I love these pants that can turn into capris! Living in Florida they are the perfect weight when you want to wear pants but it's still warm outside. Comfortable, lightweight and the dark grey color goes with anything. Highly recommend!

Pants that actually fit! I love these pants. They are great for hiking/being active but transition nicely to walking around town. I am curvy and these pants fit great around my hips and waist. I'm 5'4 and the Short length is perfect.

Just right for warm weather when you need your legs covered. Exceedingly comfortable thanks to the stretch. Just the right number of pockets for both the trail and social situations. These are great for low stress hikes and casual social events. They are not snag-proof for more aggressive outings. "Saturday trail" is the right name.

I ALWAYS wear or four but these were snug around the crotch. Love the pants otherwise but obviously have to return.

Good quality pants and availability of long length is a plus. The long length is not too long (I usually like a 34" inseam for flat shoes). Decent for moderately curvy body shape.
