These are great two-in-one pants, allowing you to pack easily with pants and shorts in one! Very comfortable! They also dry quickly, so after a dusty hike, you can rinse them out and they will likely be dry by the next day, two at most when hanging to dry. There aren't many active vacations where a couple pairs of these pants and a Columbia rain coat don't cover the necessities of the weather! The only issue is the sizing. It's a crap shoot! If ordering online, order several sizes and hope one will fit!

Super comfortable and durable. Some brands of convertible pants are either to thick or thin.

Great pants! Just got back from a trip to Yellowstone and these were my go to. Comfortable, fit well and dried quickly. Pockets were very useful unlike my other off brand convertible pants. Will be buying a pair in every color.

I love these pants for golfing or hiking! They fit great and when the day heats up you can zip off the legs and have comfortable shorts!

Made well, as all Columbia products are. Love the stretch in the fabric, choice of colors, length. Not too short. Nice they can be cinched at base. Love the thigh, side zip pocket. Would love one on both sides. Would also love zippers in front pockets or Velcro. Stylish enough for travel and oh so comfy. Appreciate the low rise. Hiking partner asked if my zip-offs came as just pants, no zip-offs. I sent her the online photo of them. She bought 2pair!

This is the fifth pair of these pants I've bought. The first 3 pairs I bought a few years ago. This year many reviews stated they ran two sizes too small. I ordered my regular size and had to return them for a size larger. It's disappointing that Columbia has changed their sizing. But these are nice pants and dry very quickly when they get wet.

Durable and comfortable, these pants fit well and are great for both long hikes or short walks.

I read other reviews before purchasing these and I’m glad I did. I usually wear a size 6 which is what the reviewer also usually wore. She said to size way up, a size 10. I ordered a petite size 10. The length and size are perfect! I’m 5’3” and 125 lbs.

These convertible pants are perfect for playing golf on days that start out cool and later warm up to shorts weather. The pants are lightweight, comfortable and easy to move in.

Love these pants! Super comfy with the option of dressing up or down. Was pleasantly surprised the inseam was longer, just above my knees.

These pants are super light, quick drying and super comfortable! I wear them hiking, kayaking or just around and they are great! Highly recommend them!

They are true to its siZe. Also the bermudas/long pants is amazing on case you get hot while hiking or doing other things.

Just like other reviews this pant does run small I'm usually at two and ordered a four and they fit perfect. I'm usually a short but that length was too short and so I had to return and get a regular length. I'm 5'4" so a short length would work on 5'2" and shorter.

Purchased these through a friend's recommendation. She wore them on her BWCA (Boundary Waters Canoe Area) trip. Per other reviews and personal experience with Columbia clothing tending to run a little small, I went up in size. I'm normally size M (6-8), ordered 10 Regular - Dark Nocturnal. Fits perfectly! I'm about 5'5" and the length was exact. Very comfortable, easy to convert from pants to shorts and vice versa, and durable. Looked great on too, flattering style. Will most likely purchase more in other colors.

I love these pants. They are very comfortable. I like the little sided zip pocket. They are perfect for that in between weather when it starts off a bit chilly but then gets warmer. They are nice and light. I have several pairs - different colors. I love that they label which zip off part is which - with an L and R -- makes it easy to zip the legs back on! I highly recommend these pants. I selected that it runs a bit small, only because the thigh area can be a bit snug -- so you want to make sure that your measurements are accurate for your thighs when selecting a size.

These are perfect for working or hiking outdoors. I love how breathable and flexible they are.
