the straps were much to rough and scratchy, i put them on, took them off and returned them.

I hate the nylon rope stuff. These sandals are very well made, lightweight, fully adjustable for fit, and fairly supportive. But the "vegan" alternative to leather sucks. I thought I had finally succeeded in breaking the sandals in, and wore them on my everyday walk around the neighborhood. Had to cut the walk short and go home because they had broken the skin and were too painful to continue in. For the price, I am very disappointed.

Really bummed because these sandals seemed otherwise comfortable and attractive. The fit of the ankle strap provides less than an inch of Velcro overlap. While it holds for now, I wouldn't feel comfortable relying on that in the future after repeated opening/closing of the strap. I've never had a problem with ankle fit on other sandals. I'll be returning these.

Loved the tortoise color very much, but for my narrow to medium foot, the top straps by the toes where too large for me and there was always a gap there and made them too lose. If I'd tighten them all the way, the strap end would stick way out looking odd) These are not as comfortable to me as the Tirra's. I do wish Teva would next year make the Tirra's in the tortoise color (solid) and I'd get them.

They aren't my favorite, but they'll do in short instances. The ankle strap is tight around the tendon and irritates over time, especially if you're driving. Also the strap that goes over the toes has a small strap and the plastic ring rubs the pinkie toe after a while and is super annoying. Also, the back strap that goes around the heal is too low and isn't adjustable. I had already worn them for a while before they became too annoying to wear and then I couldn't return them. I now have very expensive lake shoes. I wish I could return them. They've been relegated to "playing in the lake only" shoes.

These sandals were perfect except for one major thing. The ankle strap was too short to go over the top of my foot and fasten in the correct place on the Velcro. I have a high instep, but the strap needed to be longer. Had to return.

I bought these especially for beach trip to Tahiti. They started to come apart on first time wearing on walk through airport security so weren't adequate for activity for which they are advertised. I'm not sure what they are good for since I walked the equivalent of 2 city blocks before they started to come apart. The toe vross-strap sits too high on little toe so causes irritation/callous. They are a nice looking and comfortable shoe, maybe its just the glue on this pair. Otherwise the shoe is unwearable and not worth the cost/hassle.

Great sporty/casual style and especially like the adjustable straps across top of foot and at ankle. Major issue I had was the placement/comfort level of the design on the bottom of the shoe. There are some indentations on the bottom of the shoe that pinched my foot when I walked. I have this same style sandal I purchased previously which is great and has the same design on the bottom of the shoe - but it does not pinch my foot.

I bought this style 3 years ago and it wore wonderfully. I bought another for myself and one for my daughter-in-law. After only wearing them a few times both are separating where the strap meets the sole at the heel..

At the top of the Small Toe where the straps meet: there is a tab below the straps. This tab presses down on the small toe and really, really hurts!

The shoe felt great once on. But unfortunately, not only could my daughter not be able to slide the strap through the pink oval opening, but neither could I! This is not a shoe my 10 year old can operate by herself at camp. The velcro is thicker than the opening allows. And the opening is not large enough to put your foot through unless you widen it more. In which we come back to the same problem of the velcro catching.
Well, you loose some and you win some. That's why Zappos return policy is so awesome!

The sole of the front of the shoe, under the ball of the foot, bends in a strange way. Feels like it is pinching the foot.

Since the heel strap isn't adjustable, while hiking even the slightest incline my feet would slide all the way back in the shoe so that my heels were hanging off the edge and my toes were in the middle of the shoe.
They're very comfortable and cute for everyday wear. But awful for the purpose I bought them for. They also chafe my little pinky toes.

Normally I LOVE Teva sandals--its all I wear. This style however is a disappointment. I like to wear Teva loose but the straps that attach to the Velcro are too short. My other Teva sandals straps are just right. It almost seems like the manufacturer is trying to say money by shortening the straps?

Once again the footbed is off. I slide to the back of the shoe all the time like I am falling out of them. The leather ones I had years ago fit like a glove. The arch was in the proper place. Also the straps are too long to hold the toe and ankle in. The stick up and out. Where is your quality control?

Small buckle by small toe is not padded enough and will cause irritation if worn....did not want to chance blisters on upcoming trip.

The Velcro stitching isn't going to last long where the buckle is! I've worn them once, not comfortable but they have good arch support. Didn't keep box so I can't return. I did get a compliment on them. Can't easily unbuckle due to stitching problem. My last sandals are Teva and I loved them, what a shame!

I love the feel of the shoe, but with casual wear, the ankle straps have already begun peeling away from the sole. I've only had these shoes two weeks. At first, I purchased this style from a store, and when the ankle straps started peeling away from the sole after a day of wearing them gently around my office, I contacted Teva for a replacement, which was quick and easy. However, the replacement was just as bad. I am new to the brand and have heard nothing but positive reviews. However, I may consider not getting this style next time. I have to wonder, what's up with this model?

Going on cruise and thought it would be comfortable for a lot of walking but they are not for long distance walking.
Disappointed.

I bought these in an attempt to replace my ancient Torins, but they don't have nearly the support and I am unable to walk in them for more than an hour. Also, the footbed is a softer material that gets sticky and chafes when your feet sweat, so blisters quickly develop on hot days. Now I just wear them as work shoes, but I'm unhappy I paid full price for them.

Didn't even try them on as they were not the color I saw online. Sent them back but I have not received a credit yet. Love Teva shoes in the past but have a hard time finding them in stores now. I like the original leather ones but I see they do not come in half sizes.
