Love these sandals. They're so cute and can be worn with just about everything. The footbed is really comfortable and has good support. They fit true to size. I ordered my standard size and they fit perfectly. The only thing I had to work out was which hole to use on the ankle strap. I ended up making the strap a little loose around my ankle so it didn't feel like it pulled to much on the back of my foot. Once I got that figured out, I was good to go.

I love Chacos and really loved the look of these sandals but the ankle strap kept rubbing blisters on my heel within five minutes of three different wearings.I was trying to break them in around the house and thought I would eventually be okay but, sadly, it never worked. Had to return them. I think it was probably my skinny ankles that was the problem.

These are a very comfortable sandal; I love the base. Feels like it would be a great walking sandal. I found a sandal by Blowfish I like better and at a lower price, so I'm returning these. Nothing super wrong with them, but I feel like the style just wasn't the right match for me. Will keep my eye on Chaco to see if anything else pops up I like more.

Absolutely adorable shoes that I sadly must return. As other reviewers said, the heel of the footbed rocks my leg back and makes me knock-kneed.

While these shoes might be a great purchase for the most people, I think tall people might have a problem with them. The straps that hold ankle strap are not long enough and if your ankle is longer than regular it doesn't feel very comfortable. I am 5'8" and I had to return mine.

This was my first time trying Chaco sandals. These shoes are amazing. Great quality, super cute, and fit my foot well. I have a slightly wide foot, a low (but not flat) arch, and long toes and they fit perfectly. One word of caution: the strap on the back gave me blisters up on my achilles tendon. But I love the shoes so much, I decided to wear mole skin for a while to see if my feet adjust. Even if they don't, I'll continue to wear the mole skin becuase they are just that cute and comfortable otherwise.

Love the look and feel of these sandals. I have terrible feet and these do help with support. They do not fall off which is wonderful. Save the box, it has the adjustment directions for the straps on it.

Beautiful sandal and very comfortable but too wide. I always buy size 8 in Chacos so naturally I ordered size 8. The sandals were loose on my feet, but otherwise very comfortable. So I ordered size 7. Size 7 didn't fit right, so I ended up returning the 7 and keeping the 8s. If you have narrow feet like me, you may want to order 2 different sizes to try them out.

I usually wear a 9, but had to return these for an 8. I like their look with the ankle strap. It keeps them from looking too much like comfortable shoes. The shoe feels like a little bed for your feet, as Chacos usually do. Cute and comfy.

Love the feel of this shoe, very comfortable, but the ankle strap is a little annoying. I think it would work better if it were lower.

Had really high hopes for these after seeing all the positive reviews, but I just finished a 30 min dog walk and have bloody heel backs. Unless I can figure out a way to resolve the rubbing of the ankle straps, this will be money down the drain on a pair of sandals I can't wear (at least they were on sale). The sandals are cute, but my feet do not feel very secure in them, almost like wearing a flip flop with an ankle strap (heel lifts up and down while walking). All this means that there is a lot of rubbing between the back of my heels and where the back/ankle straps meet, and rubbing equals blisters and raw heels! There is also a bit of rubbing from the strap across the top of the foot by the toes, but this is minor and no blisters yet. The foot bed has a fair amount of arch support and the heel drops more than I am used to on other shoes (I think this is a Chaco thing?), but I got used to this really quickly. The foot bed is firm, similar to other leather foot bed sandals/flip flops, it does not have any springiness or cush that you might be used to from other supportive sandals. If I can resolve the blister issue with the heel strap, I will continue to wear these.

these sandles are very comfortable, but they run big and only come in full sizes. I wear a size 7 and they were big, so I ordered a size 6 and they were too small. A 6 1/2 would have been a perfect fit so I have to send them back.

Very uncomfortable when I walk in this sandal. The back strap pulls on the back of my ankle. I can't see that this would be comfortable in the long run; especially on a hot summer day. Need to return due to fit issues.

Other reviewers love these shoes, but the high arch in middle with heel down lower just isn't comfy for me. It really flattens my foot, maybe bc their tiny @5.5? Cute style, but Chacos just aren't my shoes.

These shoes lack the solid arch support of the Chaco Flips that I've loved for a decade now. The footbed is engineered with a less pronounced arch than my Flips, which is such a disappointment since these shoes really are adorable. (I should note that I have very bad, very low arches w/ severe overpronation and can normally only wear Dansko, Vionic, and Chaco Flips in sandals.) Additionally the ankle loop cut painfully into the back of my (skinny) ankle near the achilles tendon when I tried to walk, regardless of how loosely I fastened the strap. So sad... these are cute shoes. I think for those with less needy feet, these shoes could work well.

These sandals are well made and sturdy and I loved the lively coloration of the leather straps. They are probably a good find if you have wide feet but they didn't work for my small feet. If you are more on the petite side, they will look (and feel) heavy and unflattering. Also the sole is not soft compared to the bouncy soles I know from some of my Clark and Ecco sandals. Arch support is minimal.

I really wanted to like this sandal but the straps crossing at the back of the heel rub uncomfortably. Might have done better to put a solid piece of leather at the back of the heel instead. Size-wise, I usually wear a 5 in Chacos (a 6 in other shoes) and these were true to form.

The footbed is comfy on these and the arch support is good. I have high arches and slightly wide feet. However, the straps except for the ankle strap are just too loose over the top of my foot and the shoe felt floppy.

Thought that the ankle strap would eventually wear in but I was wrong - I get a raw spot on the back of my ankle after wearing them a few hours, every time.

I'm surprised I only read one review that talked about the chafing on your Achilles tendon where the straps meet up in the back. Each step causes it to rub. I was so disappointed because the foot bed felt so great and I liked the look. BTW, I usually wear a 9 1/2 and these don't come in half sizes. I found the size 9 was just right.

Really had high hopes for these sandals after reading all the positive reviews, but I was very disappointed. While the soles are wonderful (soft footbed with excellent support), the straps were weird on my feet. The "thong" straps were kind of tight and made the center, top part of my feet look " puffy." I don't have thick or chubby feet, so I'm not sure why it did this. But the main issue was the ankle strap. It wasn't too tight at all, but every time I lifted my foot to walk, it chafed on the back of my ankle. No one else complained of this, so it was possibly just the pair I happened to try, who knows. I ended up getting the Chaco Dorra and am exceedingly pleased with that style. Same footbed, better straps.

Very pretty but ouch! Rubbed the back of my ankles raw. I thought I could power through with some band aids and eventually callus enough to wear them all the time, because they are so pretty, but unfortunately I cannot wear them.

I already submitted a review for this sandal, but after wearing it for around 30 minutes I realized the straps that cup the feel do so very tightly and uncomfortably. I can see blisters in the immediate future! Sadly I can't return these because someone used the box to scoop up some dog poop! Aaaaargh!
