I LOVE these shoes. I have a very high arch, so finding CUTE and supportive summer shoes is generally a nightmare. These fit very well, and feel secure on my feet, while the straps make it cuter than your average flip flop while still not being too tight across my arch. I am so happy to have found these! A note about the ankle strap: it's definitely sitting in the right place for me, but the strap is not very large. I'm currently using the last buckle-hole and they fit comfortably around my ankles which have a 10in circumference. If you have a larger ankle, these will probably be too tight.

Love these sandals because they fit my narrow and high arched feet. Have 3 pairs now. I usually wear a 9.5 or 10, but these fit me perfect in a size 9. They may rub a bit at first but just wait till that leather molds to your foot! I wear the heck out of these sandals and they are still going strong. Love the top ankle strap, too. These sandals are for casual use.

Love these sandals! Super cute with my rolled up boyfriend jeans. I receive compliments every time I wear them. For reference, I typically wear a 6.5 or a 7. Size 7 in this sandal is too big as I have a narrow foot. I went with size 6 and it fits perfectly.

Love the style and fit true to size. They look cute with everything. You can dress them up or down. I wore them to a amusement park and walked around for about 6 hours and my feet felt great.

Beautiful, soft, and dressy but casual sandals. I have always worn chacos because they are true to fit and supportive.

As a loyal Chacos fan, I was excited to see this shoe. It is dressier than my regular Chaco sandals, so more appropriate to wear in my elementary school classroom. Since I'm on my feet all day (on hard tile floors), I was looking for something very comfortable. These sandals certainly fit the bill! The straps are soft leather with an even softer inside facing your feet. The insole is equally soft nubuck leather with excellent cushioning on the footbed and wonderful arch support. This was important to me, since I am battling a case of plantar fasciitis and trying to support my high arches. I normally wear a 7.5 in sandals, but since Chacos don't come in half sizes, I usually order an 8. Because this is a less rugged type of sandal, I decided to try the size 7. It is the perfect length for me! A note of warning though about these shoes. They are not cut for those with wider or thicker feet. My feet are narrow and as the Chacos shoe person said, "Low Volume." They fit me perfectly, not too wide or roomy, and not too narrow or tight. The ankle strap is also not made for those with thick or big ankles. My ankles are small and I wear the strap buckled about halfway down the available length of holes. Buckling the strap a bit tighter keeps it in a good alignment, so the back doesn't rub on my ankle. I can see how some might find that irritating. I did, until I adjusted the strap one hole tighter. Made all the difference in comfort! I would highly recommend these shoes for comfort all day long with plenty of standing and walking on hard floors!

I was very pleased with these. A very attractive leather sandal. The ankle part takes a little getting used to, but I haven't had an issue with blistering or rubbing, and I've walked around the neighborhood in them. I got the violet, which adds a nice color without being too bright. I would definitely recommend these.

These sandals are very cute and well made. However, the ankle strap is short and too tight on my ankle.

Very comfy shoe! Easy to put on and no blisters with even first wear! Leather is soft!

chaco does it again...!! these sandals fit & feel & offer the support of the more 'rugged' chacos, yet have the style of a 'dressier' sandal...you could easily go for a moderate hike in these and then straight to dinner at a nice restaurant...super cute and stylish without sacrificing function and/or feel.....saying goodbye to all of my flip-flops - these are my new favorite summer shoes......

Loved these sandals the minute I took them out of the box. Perfect fit. Looked well made. Comfortable with good arch support. I know I'll be able to wear them everyday this summer...walking, hiking, shopping whatever I'm doing...they will be perfect. Thrilled with my order!

I LOVE these sandals, super cute but also some arch support. I have the black and have been wearing them, their color is fine. I've gotten two other colors and loved them but they each had a big area of splotchy or poor dye job so they went back. It almost looked like a huge scuff took off a patch of dye. One pair was from Zappos, the other was from elsewhere (a color Zappos didn't have). So far the black pair i kept look perfect and I figured black is a color that I could touch up easily if needed anyway. Where it hits your heel is gonna be different than any other sandal so they're gonna want some getting used to but every time I've worn them I've worn them all day with no problem.... I just make sure not to wear them everyday. I have wide feet, cannot wear 99% of regular width boots or shoes, but find most scandals to be more forgiving. These do bother my pinkie toe when I first pull them on but with a little scootch/adjustment I find my toe seems to adjust and forgets to complain. I did find the sandals to be too long and went down a half size, which never ever happens for me, if anything I sometimes go up half a size. All that said, lemme repeat that I LOVE these sandals. I can't wear totally flat sole sandals anymore, need some arch and cushion and these provide enough for me but still manage to look like sexy, skinny sandals. I'd own three colors if not for the splotchy dye issue.

I like these! But I thought the Dorra was cuter. The suede nubuck is comfier on the Sofia and I wish they'd used it on the Dorra. Other than that and the ankle boots, the two shoes are amazingly close in feel. Like a dressed up Chaco. I'd appreciate a little more arch support, but honestly my feet are so wide and my arches so collapsed they break over the arch a bit anyway, so it might not be as comfortable. Maybe a wide version is in order! Loved the color options—good job, Chaco.

Comfortable, good soles for walking or hiking, ankle strap keeps them in place if you want to run (as opposed to flip flops), and still super cute and feminine to wear with different outfits. I hope they last! So far so good!

I really love these sandals; I've had them about a week & they are wonderfully comfortable & really good looking. The Chaco footbed fits my feet very closely & has the arch support I needed. I'll probably buy the other colors, because these will be favorite sandals for a long time!

This is the first time I have ordered Chaco shoes. Not a fan. I didn't like the lower heel. It felt like I was rocking backwards. And the ankle strap hit in a weird place. These are going back.

I really love Chacos and I was thrilled that this pair was just as comfortable as my standard black Z1s. I think these are totally classy summer sandals! They fit true to size.

Love my Chaco's and will order another pair soon. Great fit, supportive, can wear them walking for hours and they are sexy in an earthy kind of way. Looks great with a summer dress of any kind and roll up the bottom pant legs, show the ankles.

My immediate reaction? Wow, gorgeous! Enough room for my feet and toes, no squashing. Nice soft, lined leather, no rubbing. Great footbed, no hard raised edges to rub and irritate. There's some embroidery in the arch section, but it's fine enough and won't bother my foot. Lovely color, styling and design (I got the green ones). I may at last have found a replacement for my faithful Merrell Henna sandals, which I can easily wear all day in the hottest of weather and walk miles in on just about any terrain. Initially, these Chacos feel the same. I need to test 'em out now and put them through their paces!

These provide excellent arch support. However, the heel sits very low. It shifts a lot of weight on your heels. It is not obvious from the picture. I have prior heel issue so these are not for me for long walks. But they could work well for healthy feet. I returned them.

Finally! I've been trying on lots of different flats looking for ones that I could walk around Europe and New York. I usually go Born, but I saw these, with excellent reviews (though only a few) and with a high arch support, so decided to try them out. Never heard of brand before. Unbelievably soft and comfortable and how great to have arch support! I get embarrassed returning things to Zappos, but I needed to find the perfect shoe! Now...if they would only make a few lighter colors...nude, silver...then I'd buy more.

Love these. Stylish, and oh so comfy! I am the proverbial difficult to fit and these worked perfectly.

I really liked the look of these sandals. They fit well in the front part but the back strap connecting to the ankle felt too long. It made the ankle strap hit a weird spot and the back a little too loose. They would have fit without that part. There isn't a way to tighten that part so I think I'm going to return.
