I normally wear a 9m, but have a narrow heel and slip on’s usually slip off. I got a narrow in these and it’s a perfect fit. Not snug in the toes. The only slight negative is the bow is not well made. Gold color is a soft neutral. Arch support is not expected in this style.

Love the style and the burnt orange color but there is no padding in the bottom. The shoes are comfortable but I’m not sure for how long if you stand or walk a lot. Sadly these will go back.

Cute basic flat; the buckle adds a little dressy detail which would work with skirts or jeans. The elastic all the way around the opening means (thank you!) that the vamp doesn't cut across bunions. In the end, I decided to send them back because of their complete lack of support--like most ballet flats, it feels like there's only cardboard between you and the floor. I guess designing a supportive flat or low-heel shoe presents an engineering challenge that's not apparent to the customer, because I've never been able to find one. But it would make such a difference in preventing fatigue and back pain. Anyway, thanks, Zappos, for making the shoe shopping experience so much less tedious than it used to be. We appreciate you!!

Cole Haan typically makes high-quality shoes, and the leather & styling on this pair don’t disappoint. However, I was hoping for more arch support, so needed to return them.

Good fit. Sole is a bit slippery. Not much support. Will be using mostly as house shoes/slippers that I can run to the store in. Absolutely darling style. Given the good fit, could not resist even if not most supportive insole in the world.

Cute but the toe is too round for my narrow foot. The sizing is definitely off, I ordered a half size up and still felt they were a little tight.

Very cute and stylish shoe, just what I wanted. Comfort was good with one exception and the reason for my returning the shoe- the top of the shoe touched my great toe. I was fearful that the pressure would be uncomfortable with prolonged wear. A longer size was not an option as that would have made them too wide for my 8N foot.

I typically wear 5.5 and got 5.5 and 6 to try. My toes felt a little squished in the 5.5 and opted to keep the 6 instead.

Really cute shoe. But as many reviewers noted, it runs 1/2 size small. I am a steady 5 1/2 and the shoe I got is just a little too snug. Going to get a 6, which is very unusual for me.

I like this show but the arch support didn't fit my arch area.

Very, very comfortable for me. Leather was soft and I wore it for hours on grass as well as concrete, and my feet were fine afterwards (which is not usually the case). I had exchanged to a half size up; I appreciate the wide option, which I used.

Very pretty and stylish; the material doesn't breathe much which means I can't wear this for too long, but for a shoe that looks polished enough for work or fancy events (as opposed to the primarily comfort-first type I usually wear), this is pretty good. I have wide feet with a bunion, and the W was a good option.

The shoe sizing is typical for Cole-Haan in that I find all of their shoes run a half size small, so a size 10 worked for my 9.5 foot. I did find this style ran a bit wide and would have tried them in narrow had they been available. They were comfortable out of the box but after a full day at the office, my feet felt tired since the shoes have no padding and no support. To note - I bought these shoes in navy but the nude color interior was visible on the top edge of the inner sides of the shoe. I don't understand why shoe makers doesn't have a similar interior shoe color so this edge doesn't appear so visible!

Got these to replace a tried and true pair of Cole Haans of similar style, but these were too narrow in the toe. Unfortunately, the wide width isn't available to try, so these had to go back.

In general I think Cole Haan shoes are quite narrow, I ordered these a half size up AND in wide width and they are still too narrow. The shoe itself is beautiful and the leather top quality as you would expect from Cole Haan.

I was so happy to see these go on sale at Zappos, as I've always heard Cole Haan's ballet flats are comfortable. The style is classic and very work-appropriate, and I love the slight wedge heel for added comfort. I ordered half a size up as I do with other designer shoes and they fit pretty well, but I'm considering inserting heel cushions to keep the sides from rubbing my ankle bones (I've heard of the solution from fellow petite girls). Today I wore them with tights, which also helped quite a bit.

I was looking for a neutral ballet flat, and I love Cole Haan. I usually order a 6, rarely a 6.5. I had to go up to a 7 on these. While comfortable, they're better for short distances or carpeted floors. But they look great!
