These shoes are comfy right out of the box. So cute, and they’ve got soft, padded footbed. Love them

I am usually 8 M or 81/2 M. In this shoe 81/2 is more comfortable. The leather is soft, shoe is pretty, nice cream color, arch support moderate. I work as College professor, long hours standing up and even new, no discomfort.

These are very nice shoes that look similar to a luxury Italian brand, without the major investment! I started by ordering my regular size 8, but they were tight and too small in the toe box. As other reviewers have mentioned, order a half size up. I did just that and the 8.5 fits perfectly.

Bought for my daughter. She wears 9 M. Fit perfectly on her picky sensitive feet. Soft leather, soft padding in sole, beautiful style. A keeper!

Loved this shoe - very stylish and fit was good for my hard to fit narrow foot. With all that being said, I had to return it as there was not enough padding in the sole that I need for walking comfort.

This was my first time to purchase a Cole Haan shoes and I would definitely be open to buy more in the future if I can find a great offer and style. I would say these are wonderful flats however with the extra cushioning and cinched sides my advice would be to get half a size bigger. The bow detail and subtle wedge are really nice accents and the quality seems superior ??

These are beautiful shoes. Unfortunately, I have difficult feet and although the leather is soft and the shoes generally fit, my big toes are crowded, so I regret that I have to send them back.

I got these in Narrow width. I can wear them all day. Not good for long walks at a museum or parks etc. Better when going out for lunch and/or a light shopping trip. Very dainty on my feet!

I love these flats! I think I need them in every color. I have slightly narrow feet and they fit perfectly. I walked 8 miles a day in these flats (work trip to NYC) and they were still comfortable! Highly recommend. The British Tan color is beautiful!

I ordered the Narrow width to take a chance, and I was not disappointed in the fit. Also, this shoe is very dainty and lovely with my jeans, and dresses. I got compliments on them and definitely referred them on over to Zappos!

The one thing I really like about these shoes is the part that rests against the heel - you can really tell that the leather is soft and won't cause blisters. Looking forward to wearing these!

Super comfy. Didn’t need to break in at all to wear comfortably. I got a half size bigger than I normally would per other reviews - I got a 10. I usually wear a 10 in sneakers and boots but a 9 or 9.5 in flats. They’re cute! Got in black leather and the burnt orange suede thinking I’d return one pair but both my sisters voted I keep both since they’re so nice.

I wish I could afford these in every color. I bought the black,They are comfortable and stylish with a minimalist design. I wear them to work almost everyday. Some reviews suggest going up a size, but that didn’t work for me.i ordered a size 8 and 8.5. Ended up returning the 8.5, even though it fit, I knew overtime they would stretch because it is leather. The size 8 is perfect on me.
