Perfect shoes - comfy yet dressy enough for someone who really can't wear a heel at all to enjoy wearing for guest-at-wedding and other more formal events. I'm a big fan of Tieks and these were roughly the same price point -- but because of the little bow and slight wedge heel (and NOT having a turquoise bottom), they work better for dressy events. I have horrible bunions *and* slight hammertoes (oh, joy!), and these fit me perfectly in the medium width. I had ordered the wide as well, just in case, but the 10M was perfect (and it is the same size I wear in Tieks). Leather is supple and very comfortable and they really are pretty to boot!

I wore these out of the box for a 7,000 step day, then again for a 10,000 step day. No regrets and no blisters. Stylish, and they go with just about everything in my closet. I'm thinking about buying another pair just to store.

ole Haan is my favorite brand of shoe. This style runs half size smaller. I am usually 8M in Cole Haan, and in this size, the shoe feels short and tight in the front. I have narrow feet and the width is perfect, so not the best style if you have wide feet or bunions. They are comfortable, leather is soft, good arch support, I am a college professor and spent hours standing up, and no pain in my plantar area (that is very important since I have plantar fasciitis in my right foot).

Runs HALF A SIZE too small. I am a 7.5 size and the 8 fit me well, still a little tiny snug, but with some wear it'll fit perfectly!

These are very comfortable and cute. I ordered several pairs, ranging in prices, in wide width. the others did to compare. I wore these throughout a two week trip in paris and Italy. They are pricey, but worth it. I'm usually an 8.5, but sometimes 8 in ww, and had to get a 9ww.

I ordered these the Tali flat in black leather back in the early spring and have worn them several times per week ever since (wearing them as I type!). They are amazing, and I regularly get compliments on them. The micro-wedge heel makes them very comfortable to wear, and the leather broke in well and is now totally formed to my feet. I've worn them walking all over cities, to work, to play, and they are holding up like a champ. I did have to play around with fit - they run about a half size too small on me (my normal size is 7.5/8 and had to order an 8.5 in these). I always wondered what the hype was about Cole Haan shoes... but now that I've tasted the Kool Aid, I'm in.

Love this shoe as it is gorgeous and extremely comfortable. So classy (remind me of Ferragamos) and can wear to the office or casually with jeans and leggingsl. This is a solid shoe well padded for a ballet flat. They have a small heel and that helps it to be comfortable all day. The leather is thick and very supple. There was no breaking in period at all. I normally wear a 9 W in most shoes. The 9.5C fits perfect. I have a bunion on one foot thus the W Shoe. However my other foot which is a half size smaller and regular width is just as comfy. These shoes hug your feet nicely. I was so happy with these shoes I bought 3 pairs (all on sale Yeah!). These really are great shoes if you are looking for a flat.

Best flat shoes I ever bought. My feet are VERY wide and I have the hardest time ever finding shoes that are comfortable. I was skeptical when I bought these, but here I am now, purchasing the same shoes in a different color. <3

I already own this same shoe in another color and felt these were exactly what I wanted for wearing to my father's funeral. Was so excited to get them. I love glitter and I love this shoe that I own in the nude color way. Zappos got them to me in time, as always, which is awesome; but these shoes were a terrible disappointment. First, I wear and 8 and ordered an 8.5 after reading the reviews. Still way too small to wear. Definitely go a full size up, if you choose these. Secondly, the glitter portion already had a huge chunk missing before I even got them out of the box. I love the style and I love the look of the shoe in the photos. Was very excited to make these my new "favorite" shoe. But they were so small and so expensive that I could not accept the 3" chunk of glitter scuffed off before they even hit the floor. I can only imagine what they'd look like after a month. Would they have any glitter left at all? Overall, a horrible disappointment and it came at a terrible time. Since I was going the funeral the next day, I had to completely start over on my outfit. (I had another pair of shoes I'd been eyeing for awhile on here that I bought on sale, but they were navy.) I ended up going to the mall to find a dress to match the navy shoe. I'd encourage you to choose this shoe in another color way, but avoid the glitter ones.

Phooey. I am an 8 1/2 narrow. I ordered these shoes in 8 1/2 narrow and they were too small in the toe. So, I ordered them in 9 narrow and now they fall off my foot. They are just too long and thus must go back. I guess I just can't wear this shoe. I have never had a problem with Cole Haan before and they have always been an easy go-to for me. Alas, the search continues for a flat and narrow black flat.

I've been looking for a cute pair of black flats and ordered a few to try. I really liked the stye and it fit well. It offers no arch support, but decided to keep them. The problem with this shoe is that you can't wear them without socks. The lining on the shoe is so thin and not glued on right. It sticks to the skin and come off the shoe. The only way to wear them now is to wear shoe liners. Now I have to find the right liner that stay on the foot.

I got the maple sugar ones and they are just beautiful in person and felt like excellent quality. I ordered a half size up from my normal size and the wide width because I often fit shoe boxes better than I fit shoes. Sadly the wide was not quite wide enough and cut into my foot right where the big toe starts. I think with time and the shoe being leather it would have stretched and adapted to my foot, but I didn't quite want to spend the time and pain to allow that to happen. So I'm going to return these try another brand that has WW ballet flats.

Cole Haan had always been my go to for stylish, comfortable shoes that can either been worn for work or weekends. Over the past 18 months, however, I've noticed some differences with their sizing which has kept me away (perhaps a good thing!), but I really liked the look and feel of the Tali Bow Ballet and decided to set aside my concerns. I ended up ordering/returning four different pairs of the shoe before finally settling on a full size up from my regular size. The toe box was still a bit too tight around the ball of my foot, however, so after one very painful set of blisters and stretching out the shoes, they are finally comfortable. (I decided against the wide width because it was only wider in the arch area, not the toe box.) I find them perfect to wear with pants - but not so great with dresses - can easily walk several miles in them and received several compliments on the style. Obviously, I'm keeping the shoes, but I still remain leery of Cole Haan quality at this point. (I ended up returning the Zerogrand shoes. Even though I really liked the design, I didn't want to repeat the fit/break in hassle required.) Bottom line: Order several different sizes/widths before making your final purchase.

Comfortable she but not supportive for extensive walking. I wear these shoes for 4-5 hours at a time. They don't hurt my feet. I wear a 10 1/2 and my width is wide. I bought these in medium and they stretch enough to feel good. I have them in navy blue & black. They are well made shoes.

I really wanted to like these shoes. The style is great, they look nice, fit really well, but there is little to no padding in the sole of the shoe. My feet hurt the minute they hit the floor. Had to return the shoes.

Cole Haan has done it again! I have a very narrow foot and often even a AA width will slip on the heel. These shoes do not slip. And Oh! the comfort! Amazing! The perfect pair of flats. Classy yet simple. Perfect yet comfortable. Enough said.

Super cute shoe! I ordered my regular size and a half-size up after reading other reviews. Should have just listened to the other reviewers, as the half-size larger fit much more comfortably. The footbed seems comfortable. True, not phenomenal arch support, but they aren't just completely hard and flat either. I think I could see walking a couple of miles in these shoes in a day without cursing them.

great shoe to go with ankle length cuffed slacks. Very chic and make the outfit. could use some arch support. may use inserts. not sure yet. the elastic around top gives a nice fit

These are nice looking shoes but they are too wide for my size 8N feet. They gap when you walk and the heel is a little wide. For the price, they need to fit better.

these are gorgeous comfortable shoes I have worn for years and keep buying new pairs. stylish and comfortable. this pair was too small, even though I ordered my usual size 9. so I would order up a size or 1//2 size.

Although there isn’t much arch support, these shoes are comfortable and can be worn all day with no issues. These are the second pair I’ve bought and I highly recommend them!

Nice quality leather, comfortable shoes, happy with my purchase and speedy delivery. I usually wear a size 8, but glad I ordered 8.5 after reading the reviews. 8.5 fit perfectly.

These are the most comfortable shoes I’ve bought in a long time. They are also super stylish and go with almost every outfit! Great arch support, very comfortable.

This is my second pair of this model of Cole Hann. I love this shoe’s look and feel and that is doesn’t take up much space in a suitcase. The first pair I purchased I wore on a trip to Europe and was able to wear them walking all day. This second pair, initially, seemed equally as comfortable but after wearing them a bit in the house I developed a hot stop on my little toe, so unfortunately they are going back
