Just hiked in my new second pair. 1 size larger now for age, insoles, liners worked well so far. No sore spots, toe box good, and medium width just fine. Happy feet = happy hiking!

I am still breaking them in. But so far so good! There is a spot where they rub the bone outside my ankle. But I think that the leather will conform soon.

This is the third pair I bought my daughter. She absolutely loves them

These are the bestkeeps my narrow foot secure and safe as I hike to my favorite waterfalls all over the world.

So far so good. Time will tell. My first pair lasted eight years my second pair lasted one. Not ok for 285 dollars.

I have been wearing these boots for about 5 years now. They are so comfortable, supportive and stable. I was a trail runner for many years and had loose ankles, but these help to restabilize my ankles. I have both low and High tops and have worn out two pairs, so far. I hope these never go away!!

Sturdy and comfortable. I ordered three styles and decided to go with the Sypes. The Bridger is too much shoe for my needs. If I did more backpacking then this would be almost perfect. The dealbreaker for me is that theres no loop at the back of the ankle to use when pulling the shoe on. I am just not a shoehorn person.

Only worn them twice so far but they are going to fill in the gap from my 12 year old oboz..

inserts, these are great shoes, but was hoping to last more than 5 months before needing new ones

Perfect fit, extremely comfortable and truly waterproof! This is my third pair of Oboz and definitely my favorite. I will only buy Oboz now!

I have had several pair of oboz hiking boots. Yellowstones ( discontinued) sawtooth and Bridgers. I cannot recommend the bridgers at all. They do not have sufficient traction. I was on a hike and slipped off a rock and hit my head requiring a trip to the ER. I thought it was a one off and recommended them to my niece. She was slipping all over the place in just wet leaves and returned them because she did not feel safe.

These Bridger boots are the most comfortable boots right out of the box Ive ever had. Theyre so light and wear well and the color is awesome! Glad you brought back the Rio Red, even just temporarily! I wear mine a lot and every time total strangers comment and want to know the brand and where I got them. Thanks Oboz!

Love all my Oboz! Great fit, great grip on rocks/slippery conditions. My feet stay dry and Ive yet to get a blister when hiking with my boots!

I had a pair of Oboz once before and loved them. Unfortunately these boots didn't fit my foot properly. Returning the boots was difficult because your website wasn't working when I tried to begin the process so I had to call., an investment in time I didn't appreciate. Then I needed to find a place to print the label. I realize that this return process might be a good one for your company as the multiple steps makes it more likely people won't return the boots. i financial loss for the customers and a money maker for you. Please go back to including the return address with the shipped items.

So incredibly thankful for the fit of this hiking boot! I have a serious foot condition. Finding this boot is such a blessing as it allows the toe box space I need yet also, holds my heel securely in place so I am PAIN FREE and can walk long distances comfortably! Hoping this particular boot offering remains for the rest of my life. I strongly recommend this boot to anyone with genetic bunions. Please consider trying out this boot as a pain free solution that holds your heel in place at the same time so you do not end up with plantar fasciitis! For anyone suffering from chronic foot pain, you know what it is like to find a boot that offers true relief. It's everything to be mobile again!

Comfortable, light but durable, makes me feel capable!!

I bought these after I retired my Lowas. I did my homework, headed to the store, made sure I had a proper fitting. First trip out, my feet were wrecked. I thought they needed more of a break in period. I kept trying to hike in them some days they were okay others not as much. More recently I set out on a 3 day backpacking trip. The first day I did 8 miles and my feet were badly blistered. I covered the hotspots and blisters. By the end of my 28 mile trip my feet were destroyed and could barely walk out. Now infected and not able to keep up with my kids. Not worth it. Never had a pair of shoes or boots do this before. Now, 2 years later and after trying to break them in, I will be getting a new pair.

I really wanted to like these boots, but I just can't seem to break them in no matter what I do. I've had these boots for 6 months now, and hike multiple times a week. I've put a lot of miles on these shoes, but not nearly as many as I would've like to. When I initially put them on, they feel great and are comfortable, but after about a mile or two into nearly every hike I've done, i can feel blisters form and my toes start to go numb. I was hoping they would get worn in and expand the more I wear them but that just hasn't been the case. The blisters and numbing have been so bad that I've just started packing out an extra pair of shoes and choosing short hikes. Perhaps a size up or in a wide would've helped.

Comfortable out of box Great support The only negative is that I blistered on my heal. Hope this isnt a recurring problem

I love these boots! They are the only pair of hiking boots that have fit me over the years without having to cinch them tightly or wear heavy sox (I have narrow feet). They are comfortable with the first wear - no breaking in period. I wear them every day in the winter. I have hiked the Grand Canyon and multiple 14ers in Colorado with them and my feet felt great after all the miles and vertical gain. And, please, bring back the Rio Red color!

I love my Sypes but durability at the toe is an issue so I thought I would try the Bridger. They seem to be 1/2 size shorter than the Sypes. Unfortunately they dont come in 11.5. I am thinking about trying the mens version but Ill probably stick with the Sypes.

This is my 2nd time purchasing OBOZ boots. I absolutely love both pair. Perfect fit and very comfortable. 100 percent recommend.
