These shoes LOOK great but offer NO heel support. The back of the shoe is very low and my heel slips around. I would not recommend them for serious exercise.

These are nice looking (I got them in the dark grey) relatively comfortable (they took a bit of breaking in across the widest part of my foot) and they accommodate my orthotics nicely. However, the fabric on top started fraying after about one month! I would have sent them back but I am suffering from plantar fasciitis and they were the only shoes I could wear. I have now had them about 6 months and the fabric is falling off in some places. I have not even used these for their intended purpose - trail running - as the plantar fasciitis keeps me from exercising. Has anyone else had this problem? The sole is almost new but the fabric is worn down to the foam. Very bad quality.

I was very disappointed with this shoe. I loved the colors but that's it. The shoe was very stiff and just felt cheap to me. I'm comparing this to the previous shoe NB 610v3 which I loved. I'll have to return and keep looking. Thanks for great customer service Zappos.

These sneakers were really nice; however, they smelled like plastic when I took them out of the box. My foot is a size 9.5, I always buy a size 10 and these ran so short My toes were jammed into the front of the shoe. It was so close I had to take a second look at the box to make sure they were really 10's! Needless to say, they are on their way back to Zappos...who has the best return policy ever!

It's a good looking shoe, but the laces felt a bit flimsy. I ordered the 5.5 W. I have a wide mid-foot but narrow heel. My heel slipped in and out of this shoe but it also felt tighter than normal for a wide shoe. For sizing reference, I fit a Brooks Addiction 5.5 W perfectly.
