The previous reviewer is correct...Brooks returned to its signature wider toe-box with the pure connect 4 Which I was psyched about because the 3 toe-box was too narrow for me. Plus, Brooks included more arch support in the 4. Again, another bonus because my arches hurt after running with little archsupport in the 3. Hard to find this cushioned and lightweight of a running shoe. If you need a tad more structure without sacrificing cushioning, try the Glycerin 12.

Fabulous! These are perfect for me. Other reviews mentioned to go up 1/2 size, they were right. But no problem there. I have a narrow foot and these fit to a "T". Super support. I love the color too. Most perfect pair I ever had.

I love these shoes. The suportive sole gives a little bounce when I work out. My feet and legs do not fatigue! The design of the shoe puts me on my heels for proper alignment when I clean and dead lift. They are comfortable to run in as well!

Love, love the Brooks PureConnects. Have bought the 1, 2, 3 and 4, a couple pair of each. This one has different fabric, more gel instead of mesh. I wish there were other colors so I could get another. They seem to run a tiny bit longer than the others, but are so comfortable! I mainly use them for gym classes, both aerobic and tone & sculpt.

I was recently diagnosed with Reynaud's syndrome. These shoes helped me get back to my workout routine. Roomy in the toe box. Love them!

LOVE this running shoe! It's light and my big toe pain went away while running with these. Love the style and fit! Great for narrow feet! I'm training for a 1/2 so these have really helped me. :)

This is my fourth par of Brooks Pure Connect shoes. Need I say more? I am afraid to invest in any other kind of running shoe because I love these so much. Great for crossfit style gym workouts out too. They do run small. I wear an 8 or 8.5 in street shoes, a 9 in other running shoes but I need a 9.5 in these. I love them and my husband loves his.

These shoes are amazing. So comfortable. I saw them in fitness magazine and had to have them. I would recommend them to everyone.

This is one of the best purchases that I've ever made! I have almost completely flat feet and I don't have very many comfortable running shoes. I have Asics, and while I love them, they are so heavy. I also have Nikes that just don't have enough cushion for my feet. These are the best running shoes that I have. I did have to go half a size up, though.

Love these running shoes. considering buying more before they change them again. This is my third pair and these seem to have a little more cushion but are still the same light weight.

Very comfortable and wide. Not too much support in the arch. But ran a 10K very comfortably with them. Would buy another!

I love these shoes. They are the most comfortable shoes that I have ever worn. A big plus, I get compliments on their coolness. I really like the independence of the movement of the toes on these shoes, particular on the big toe, as my foot pushes off. I am using these for walking. I usually have trouble with heel pain, but not so with these. Love them, very good support. My only complaint is that they may run just a tad short. I wish I would have ordered a size up. When I first started wearing them I did not notice it so much, but after about a week, I did notice that a little extra room in the length would have made a difference.

Love these shoes. The PureConnect 4 are so comfortable. My long toes don't hit the end of the shoes as do a lot of athletic shoes which are too pointed for me! I usually add an orthotic, but these don't need any.

They are so comfortable that I immediately bought a second pair. Fit was great and they are so light and cute looking.

I love these running shoes! They are super light weight and comfortable. Prior to this, I was running in Nike's and would get a blister on the outer ball of my foot during long runs. I'm not getting blisters anymore! I wear a size a 11 but bought an 11.5 and they are perfect.

This is my second pair of PureConnect - I love these shoes! I suffered a severe tear to my plantar fascia and these are the only shoes I will wear to walk or run in now. I have tried many others. These are light weight and the support is just what my foot needs.

I bought these because I had bought a previous version in 2013 and love them. They have changed the design, I don't like them as much as the previous ones, but they still fit well. The tongue gets stuck a bit/flipped over and I have to fix it every time I put the shoe on - didn't have this issue with the old ones.

I ended up trying a second pair of this model, because as others stated, there is a spot on the toes that wants to pinch in. I had more trouble with the 1st pair I received than the second. Customer service was wonderful with replacing the first pair for the defect. Brooks must have made some changes with the design because this is my 5th pair of pureconnect, and I have never had the problem in the past. I love the color scheme! I use these as a studio shoe for jazzercise and they are perfect for that.

I wasn't sure these would be wide enough or have a high enough arch for my difficult feet...but they were just right! took a few wearings before they really felt right, but worth the wait. I wear them for walking at least 4 times a week, and out running errands (usually I won't wear sneakers for shopping, but they're comfortable and stylish enough)...they're comfortable through and through. and my feet don't look as wide as they are with this style. Stylish without being over the top. I usually wear 8 to 8.5 Wide, these are just right as 8.5. Highly recommend!

The band that fits across the arch has been rubbing and occasionally causes a blister. They didn't need this. The older model is better and the older model is the best sneaker I've put on. Anyway, I've just been putting up with this band. Otherwise it's a good sneaker.

Very comfortable! I ordered a .5 size larger because of the caved in toe review a lot of people have put, but have not had a problem. Perfect shoe for high arch and the track. Feels as if I'm running on air!

These shoes run a half size smaller. I ordered the 9, and they fit like an 8 1/2. I have never needed to wear a 9 1/2. I love the look of the shoes, so hoping the next size up will fit.

These are great shoes. Feels very nice and comfortable. However, the only thing that I didn't care about is the tongue of the shoes. It feels and looks it was made of cheap plastic. The first time I wore these shoes it chafed where the tongue rubbed my legs. But then the next time I wore it, it did not bother me much. Overall great shoes.

So far so good. A normal width in forefoot, I have really wide forefoot with bunions and so it could be a little wider. Good cushioning throughout the bottom with still a low drop. Doesn't feel cheap. You can feel the arch support which at first feels strange but getting used to it.

I reluctantly bought these because my PureConnect 3 was out of production. I first tried going to the Ghost but it was way to wide in the toe box. These are narrow and I like that. The Pure Series wrap your foot like a slipper. Super cute. Fit like the 3's. Very light. They have cushion and support but feel like a minimalist shoe. No lateral support so just for running and not group fitness. Nothing over the toes to cut in when the shoe bends. Felt a little different on my first run but just fine.
