Bought this in a grey/yellow. Not something I would normally choose, but so light and comfortable. I live in Florida and it's hard to transition from open to closed shoes. These should make it easy.

Very light weight and comfortable for every day where. I have worn them working out as well. The only downside is they are easy to walk out of I’d toir pushing/pulling anything heavy

Mostly I really like these sneakers and wore them quite a lot over the summer. They are super light weight and comfortable (although they don't have as much support as a regular sneaker and I would not use for anything fitness-related). After a few months of pretty regular wear my toe poked a hole through the mesh upper so I will be throwing them away soon which is a bummer.

I am an Asics fan, but I had to return these. I am a solid size 8 in everything, but these felt too long. And the top of the toe box pinched when walking. It wasn't painful, but I could imagine after a thousand steps or so it would get uncomfortable. I loved the style and how easy these were to pull on. They unfortunately just didn't work out for me.

I liked these shoes. They're comfy for walking and airy for warmer days, also super light. If you are looking for training shoes, these are not it though. I rode my bike and went to the gym wearing these and they didn't feel very sturdy. I'm one of those people who wear their shoes in the toe area, so we'll see how these hold up... but I'm thinking the fabric will tear there within months. For walking and light use, they are perfect.

These are very light and fit well, but I found them with not enough padding on the ball of the foot.

Great city walking shoes. I don't care for the "no socks" style but they are comfortable.

I walk about 5+ miles roundtrip to work every day and am a heavy heal-striker. I was looking for some more cushioned shoes to commute in. I wear Gel Kayanos running, so I thought I'd give these a shot. They are OK, not as awesomely comfy as the gels, but they're fairly comfy and nice but casual. I have mostly worn them without socks, and that works well. I think they could be a little more padded, for my taste. My only other complaint is that the foot hole is quite wide. The shoe itself is not wide, it holds my foot well, but maybe it's meant for higher volume feet? The gaping around my foot at the top meant that, on a recent hike, I was continually getting pebbles jumping into my shoes, which was not pleasant. If you have a higher volume foot or are wearing them in strictly urban settings, they will probably work fine for you!

I like the low profile of these shoes, as it really helps me feel grounded in my workouts. But I don't totally love the fit. They seem to slip more than other Asics, and the cut is too low to provide any ankle support.

This shoe is just what I was looking for! I spend a lot of my work day on my feet, so I wanted something that was cute, lightweight, and comfortable to wear to the office. They breathe quite well and have great traction. I understand that I sacrifice supreme arch support for the lite airy structure.

This is my second pair of ASICS Metrolytes. I am not a huge fan of the style, but they are so comfortable I don't care! They are super light; it doesn't even feel like you have shoes on (weight-wise). They aren't the most supportive shoe, but they have enough to get you through a few days of much walking. I would definitely recommend these for walking trips or for a day shoe.

I got these for everyday use like running errands, shopping, going to the market. These shoes are comfortable and roomier than the other similar style shoes I've tried (shoe and tongue are one piece). However, the sole is very thin. I know it's supposed to be thin, but if you stepped on anything larger than a small pebble you'd feel it. And, I don't know if it has enough support for standing extended periods of time. If the sole were even just 1/4" thicker I might have kept them.

Definitely on the narrow side but super lightweight and low cut with a classic look. Pull on style definitely won't work for wider feet.

Love ASICS brand. Bought the Metrolyte in blue and just saw the gray so I ordered that one too! This is a nice alternative to sneakers if you want a little more style. Don't expect support like you get from sneakers as there is minimal support for your arches (which is a problem area for me) HOWEVER wearing these has not been a problem. A nice light shoe which I would suggest as an option!

I love the minimal sporty style of this shoe. I wear them with leggings – they look great. I have really high arches, these shoes aren't supportive, I simply replaced the insoles with more supportive ones and these shoes are perfect for me now.

They changed the insole since my previous pair - doesn't support my foot and knees/hip as well. Could walk all day long in the previous pair - no so with this one. That being said, still a pretty good supportive casual sneaker. And very cute. Fits well, comfortable and well ventilated. Good warm weather shoe.

While extremely comfortable, the fit is a little weird. I guess my foot is a little too wide for these shoes. I also think it's odd that the tongue is completely connected to the upper part of the shoe, so you can't adjust it. All in all, I like these shoes, and would recommend them for light activity. Definitely not a running shoe;)

Eh, these are okay. I like the low profile, but they have about as much cushioning as a pair of Toms. I was looking for casual sneakers I could wear around town, but I prefer my old gel-fit sanas to these.

After reading the reviews I thought these were the perfect shoes for me. I really wanted to love them. They are light in weight, however there is no arch support. The positive is that you can replace the insole with a sport insole. These shoes have a Ski-Look on the foot. I should have returned them for the half size smaller but opted to give them to my sister in law. She loves them.

Seem to be very comfy. I need a 1/2 size smaller though. I will exchange to try a size 9.

After ordering several shoes over the course of a couple of months, I finally found a pair worth keeping! I love that the tongue isn't traditional as I always slip my shoes on, and these are perfect for that - no adjusting and yanking it back up later! Traditionally I look for wider shoes with plenty of room for the toes, and while these aren't marked as such, I find that they do the trick. They're extremely lightweight; while not very supportive, they have plenty of room for a good insole. I brought my favorite pair of Merrells with me when I was "breaking them in," in case they started to bother me or rub me the wrong way, but there was none of that. These are good casual shoes; I will keep an eye out, and if they go on sale in future I will probably get a couple of pairs - just noticed that they have them in pink! :)
I'd also recommend:
Merrell, Keen, Rocketdog

Comfortable but the sole is a little thin. I wore this to work (desk job, an hour of walking max) and my feet was sore at the end of the day. Looks decent for a casual attire with jeans or ankle length pants.
I'd also recommend:

Very comfortable and lightweight, but smaller than other asics I have bought. Usually I get a size 6 consistently across shoes, but had to get a 7 to not feel "squeezed in". This may be exacerbated by the fact that the shoe does not have a proper tongue to open up completely. Really this is a slip on shoe with the appearance of being a lace up shoe. The size 7 is a bit long but at least is looser overall.

The color does not look the same in person as it does on the website. However very comfortable and affordable shoe.

Very light and comfy. I'm on my feet all day in clinic and I love them. I would not recommend them as a running or high intensity workout shoe due to the material....best for regular wear and walking.
