I have been buying Bernie Mev for years now, and this is the first pair ever that felt too tight/small. Sole is different, and not in a good way.

I did not receive this shoe! What I got was a size 39 "Catwalk" in black & silver. Obviously, they do not fit so I am returning them. Would still like to receive my correct order

I wore them for a few hours and they hurt me awful. My housekeeper got rid of the box. Do I have to keep them?

Beautiful shoes. However, actual size was way too small. Box says EUR 41 which the International Conversion Table for Women Shoes says it corresponds to a US size 9, not 11 which is my actual shoe size. Only 44% of reviewers agree they are true to size. Why does this major error persist. Pity. Mrs Anita B

bernie mev Cuddly - I ordered the recommended size 38 for my size 8 foot. Could barely get the shoe on and then only because it was stretchy. Size 39 was still too small. Ordered size 40 - again too small. I measured the inside and outside sole and found that the difference between the size 39 and 40 was 1/8 inch! That doesn't seem right. I previously had ordered another bernie mev style and got a size 40 that fit well, but the right and left shoes were two different sizes although labeled the same. These seem like they would be very comfortable and are super cute, but the sizing is crazy.

Be specific about your likes and dislikes. How was the fit and size? What does the material feel like? How awesome (or not) do you feel wearing them?

These run incredibly small. Should spend less money on packaging and more money on sizing consistency. I wear a 42-43 regularly. My foot wouldn’t even go into a size 42. Size up - if they have the option.

The shoe was a size 38 but placed in a 39 box (which I ordered). Please send me the same shoe but the correct ordered size 39

The sole of one of my cuddly shoe has unglued. I’m very disappointed in the quality of a $59 shoe. I’m returning hopefully to get a better made pair of shoes.

I re-ordered a full size larger & they were much too small on every dimension. Possibly 2 full sizes larger might work, but I couldn't make a good guess. They looked to be good quality.

I ordered size 11-US. When the shoes arrived they were extremely small and looked like a young child’s size. I couldn’t even try them on they were soooo small. Oh so disappointing - what happened? ??

This is the cutest shoe and would be so comfortable if you can find the right size. I so much wanted this shoe to work I tried 4 different sizes. Unfortunately none of them worked. I started with 39 - too small. Then tried 40- still too snug. Then tried 41 which felt exactly like the 40. Because I really wanted them to work I went ahead and tried the 42 which seemed to fit my foot but the strap was way too loose. Sorry to say I just couldn't find the right fit. But thanks to Zappos for their fast service and easy returns I was able to at least try.

Runs very short. Ordered a size larger than normal, and still too short.

These run very small. I wear an 11 an ordered an 11 but these were tiny. I could barely cram my foot into it. Also, the mesh was stretched out in places in the shoe.

WAAAAY too small! I've now tried two sizes that should have fit my feet, as well as several styles, but Bernie Mev doesn't seem to understand how to make shoes large enough!

I bought theses shoes a few weeks ago, wore them outside then realized they are different colors?? One is brighter colored than the other. I also think they are very flimsy and poorly made, so I'm returning them.

Soles way too thin. I have a pair of multicolored ones in same style but different brand. The soles of that pair are like sneakers. Walking in the Cuddly really uncomfortable.
