This is my second return of this item. I first ordered a size 37 which was a tad bit roomy. Returned the 37 and ordered the 36. The 36 is definitely too snug so will return and order the 37. Interestingly enough I also ordered the color red in the 36 and it fits fine!

Runs tiny per size.

I wanted to love this shoe but the 40 and 41 felt small. Just not enough room for my big toe no matter the length, so I had to return.

I'm a solid size 9-1/2...based on other reviews, I ordered both size 39 and 40 in this shoe. Both were way too small. I chose not to try the size 41. I found another brand, Corky's, with an almost identical style shoe...I went with that in a size 10---it's perfect.

Normally take a size 8.5. Ordered the 9 and they were too small. Liked the shoe ok, but returning due to size and not overwhelmed by style.

I WEAR A SIZE 10 SO I ORDERED MY SHOE IN A 40. THE SHOE WAS WAY TO SMALL. MY BIG TOE WAS PRETTY MUCH POKING OUT OF THE END OF THE SHOE. I LIKED THE STYLE AND COLOR THAT I ORDERED AND WAS REALLY DISAPPOINTED THAT I HAD TO SEND IT BACK

I really wanted to like these shoes. They are true to size. They will stretch to fit your feet and are not uncomfortable at all when you first wear them. My problem was the shoe kept slipping off my left heel. The heel is meant to be extremely comfy and blister free but they might go a bit too far and there is little that holds the shoe to your heel. It was fine for my right foot but kept slipping off my left, so I had to send them back. I was disappointed about that because otherwise they were just what I was looking for!

I could have loved these shoes, if they had been long enough. Toes being squished is not good; regretfully, these have to be returned, since they don't make them any larger than a 41 - which is NOT a US size 10.5.

I love my open toed Bernie Mevs but this size 41 closed toe shoe was way too short for my Size 10 foot and it’s the largest size available. The style is great and, if they fit, would be very comfortable.

Attractive design, but tight in the front, loose in back, and no arch support.

These shoes run short. I ordered my usual European size. I can not order a longer size as then shoe will too wide. Even at too-short length, the shoes slip on my heel.

Absolutely love the comfort of Bernie Mev but am having a tough time with this style. I ordered in a 39 but they were a little snug so ordered the 40 which fit much better. These will go back as well because the pattern on the shoes don't match :( The right shoe is perfect but the left is smaller, not as wide and the stitching is significantly different. Will try one more time with an exchange.

Love the general look and feel but shoes run very short. My normal size in all brands is 8.5 and sometimes 8 but the 39 was too short and the 40 wasn't much better. I'm going to try the 41 because I like the look so much

I wear a 10 US size, 41 euro size. These fit tight! Not impressed with memory foam. Not enough cushion or support. Love the style and color, but they just don't fit.

Love these but they're just a little too short and this is the largest size. I usually wear a 9 1/2 and the 10 1/2 is still too short. My sister says the multi colors run a little larger so I'll order a pair. 3 stars overall only because they run so small.

Very disappointed in this shoe. I purchased it because so many people said it was very comfortable. Really? The sole provides no support or cushioning. Maybe it's good if you sit all day but if you do any walking stay away from this. It also runs small. I wear a size 8.5 - 9 and a size 41 was way too small.

Cute shoes. I normally wear a size 10. Ordered a 10 and a half. Way too small. Bummer.

Returning - I'd far rather be exchanging them as they are DARLING & uber comfortable...or would be I'm sure except that they are SO much too short I don't know how to estimate the right size. So so disappointed. I wear a 8.5 (39) consistently in all brands that offer EU sizing (i.e. the 39) but these are more than a size too short.

I was surprised at how small these shoes run. I normally wear a 40 in Euro sizes but had to return them for a 41. Even the 41 is tight on my toes. I used my Vionic 3/4 inserts (from Zappos of course!) to give them some arch support. I bought these to wear working 12+ hours on my feet but still had to change them half way through the day to give my toes some relief.

Shoe not true to size too short.

I had high hopes for this shoe, but sadly it fell quite short. The good: the style is great, the bronze is super attractive, and the woven mesh upper is comfortable. The bad: I do not have the heel problem that many report with normal wear, but I did when I tried to add an insert (for comfort...see below). I do have problems with my foot tending to slide forward and my toes pushing on the front, even though the shoe is not too small. Biggest issue though is the sole. This shoe does not have the memory foam in it that I had in another Bernie Mev shoe (the Cindy) that made that shoe feel like walking on pillows (didn't realize difference till got this shoe and re-read descriptions for both...my bad). The sole is also very thin, making walking on uneven ground (and our gravel driveway) uncomfortable. Bernie Mev shoes with memory foam are a dream; this one not so much.

These are ever so cute. But there is absolutely no support inside and very little cush on the bottom as compared to a different brand that I have. I had to return.
