I love these shoes! I wore them in NYC walking all day... 9 miles and my feet didnt hurt at all! They fit perfect, and do stretch a bit, which is good!!!

Really nice shoe but the sole causes my gait to change just enough to be of a concern, otherwise I would recommend to others.

I love love love these shoes, they fit like gloves on my feet. But they run small, I ordered a full size up from my usual 39. They were also really uncomfortable right out of the box, they need time to soften & conform to your feel. The black with the velvet is SO cute. Glad i bought them.

Absolutely the cutes shoes? Needed to order a bigger size as they ran short for me. So comfortable except for my darn big toe.

Love this style and have nearly worn out a pair that I own so I was looking for a new pair. I didn't like this color as much as the pair I had so I am returning. While there isn't noticable arch support I found them very comfortable for walking and put many miles on them on vacation.

Somebody stop me from buying a dozen pair of these! Gosh...I want to dance down the street in a 1940's musical! I was looking for 'comfortable shoes'...I like flats. I browsed and browsed, and saw these. What the heck kind of thing is that, I wondered? I clicked, I read reviews (thank you to all you great Catwalk reviewers), I had to try them! I am so glad I did...light as a feather, I want to keep putting them on again and walking around the house! (and we don't wear shoes inside at this house...but it's hard to resist). I have plantar fascitis and I don't know how well these will do for a day of walking everywhere (though I will test them out that way eventually) but for light days you couldn't find a cuter, more comfy shoe! They might look a bit odd, but wow..if you are thinking about it, give them a try! I normally wear a 6.5 or a 7 depending on the shoe. I got these in a size 37 and they are perfect! The woven material feels a bit odd, but I think perhaps it will soften with age, and it isn't a "bad" feeling, just different. Now I am wondering if all Bernie Mev shoes are this wonderful.

Amazingly comfortable! I first purchased a size 37 from the recommendations, but found my big toes crammed. Returned for size 38 and they fit like a glove. The best part about this shoe is the cut. I have bunions and so many shoes cut right into my bunions making it extremely painful. These shoes are cut a little longer and cover my bunions. I can wear these to work with dresses, with shorts and leggings. They go with everything. The back of this shoe is adorable. Will be ordering another pair in a different color! P.S. My shoes came with a grey sole, not black like the picture.

These were way too big. I normally wear a 6.5 W and I had to go down a full size which they advertise as a 5.5 medium. Those fit, and they feel wonderful!

too tight over the toes

Bought these to wear at work where I'm moving around almost all day. They are very comfy--almost like slippers. There's not really any arch support but they're cushy and very lightweight. At first I thought they were too small as my toes push up into the fabric a little though it doesn't hurt or anything so I stuck with the 39s originally ordered (I usually wear an 8). What I really like is that my narrow heel stays put with no slipping! This is hard for me to find with flats. Also, I have a small heel spur and the soft back doesn't irritate it. The design on these is awesome--love, love the velvet mixed into the weave. I am planning to buy another pair in one of the metallic colors.

I loved this shoe, but they were too small. I would have exchanged them for size 41, but it was sold out.

These shoes (I got the gold) are super cute. I wasn't sure what size to order based on reviews. I'm a 39 in Euro sizes, so even though the reviews said they run small, I tried the 39s. When they arrived, I wasn't sure if they were too tight or not... but I thought they were. I found another pair in a size 40 (which equates to 9.5 and 9.5 is my normal US size) and those fit MUCH BETTER, so I will return the 39s. But these shoes are super comfy, cute for running around in all summer, and LIGHTWEIGHT so they will be no problem in my bag on trips! No break-in time, just put 'em on and go!

Really comfortable and really cute! And slightly dressy because of the hint of sparkle in the shoe fabric. Loved these shoes.

Who doesn't want a little red shoe? I bought a pair of bernie mev. shoes a couple of years ago and have loved them. When I tried these on, the heel slipped, but after wearing them around the house for about 15 minutes the slipping stopped. I can wear these all day. If you have a wide toe area they might not feel as good to you, though.

I love these shoes! The memory foam make the very comfy and they are so cute. I ordered a black pair and the multicolor black. Will probably be ordering other colors as well.

These shoes are very comfortable but run small. I had to return the first pair and order up a size. Overall, I would recommend these shoes if you're going to do a lot of walking. They're super light-weight and have moderate arch support.

I discovered these Bernie Mevs in a little store in Spokane, Washington, and bought a pair in black. I immediately loved how they felt and looked--I'd been looking for a slip-on that feels like a sneaker but that doesn't look orthopedic for some time. I then ordered the pink camo from Zappos and get even more compliments. I live in Seattle where it is frequently wet in the spring, so the woven material will definitely not keep your feet dry, but the comfort is worth it and I have gotten many compliments. The pink camo has some blue in it, which reads as more of a purple shoe, FYI. I love this brand and am glad Zappos carries so many Bernie Mev. styles!

Love this shoe!!!! I wear a size 8 always. But, based on other reviews, I ordered a 38....71/2. And, of course, have to return. I hope the next size is not too big!

I have worn these shoes for 5 out of 7 days for the last few weeks since I got them. I got them as an alternative to leather ballet flats, which they are! They are so comfortable, super flexible, breathe able, and form great to my feet - which are not wide, but I have bunions so they have a wide point. There is no "break-in" period with these. I have even gotten some compliments!
