Only had them for a few weeks so far fit like a broken in leather glove, Work outside been through dirt sand mud rocks rain more Mud They are no longer pretty, But man are they durable And comfortable

I was losing hope that I was going to find a good pair of boots! I bought some HiTecs Nd they completely wore out in 3 months. I ordered a pair of Timberlands and they fit poorly and cut into my ankle. And then I ordered these guys. Fit perfectly and felt comfortable out of the box. They seem to be well-made and if they last, they'll be 5he boot I continue to buy. I’ll post an update when I’ve had them for awhile, but so far so good.

nice look and feel

Great boot, I was in Vermont last week and it was bitter cold but my feet were always warm and extremely comfortable.

Lasted forever. Heavy, but great boots.

Not a fan of the shoe lace eyelets (hard to change laces on them) but overall a great boot!

The cut of the sole is off just a bit for the shape of my foot. When I had custom orthotics, it was absolutely painful for the ball of my foot. After a year, I asked my doctor to stop using the orthotics. The regular soles are better. I tried using Sole brand, but the cut was too far off to put Sole brands in. They’ve held up pretty nicely, though the waterproofness in one boot didn’t hold up over time, the other one did though. My feet get tired and hot, but overall, after I started using the insoles that were included, they were pretty good and I’ve used them fairly consistently since May 2020.

Have had for eight months and these have held up well. The top edge of the toe box rubs some after long days. Support is excellent on concrete floors, but upon purchase I immediately replaced the insert with a more supportive one.

I feel like the composite toe is too tight against top of my toes

I ordered a size larger than I usually do because I can NOT find wide enough boots. That said, they still feel a 1/2 size larger than some brands. After a few weeks the bedding is beginning to seat and I can wear some thicker socks. These boots look awesome and they have been sturdy and fairly comfortable so far. Also, my work is lifting more than walking, and these provide a great stable base with ankle support. Not too heavy for me, but a warehouse picker may want to opt for shoes.

Boots are good. I wear Danner boots but needed safety shoes for work. These are fine, but prefer my other style. I would have bought elsewhere for price reasons if work didn't cover most of cost. If I have to buy again before work pays portion, I will do some shopping.

like the boots, they make your feet look small. Problem is they also run small so the toe would press on my little toe. Had to return them

Fit good and are a very well-made boot. I am on my fourth pair. (I rotate two pairs at a time). I work outdoors and can vouch for the waterproof Gore-Tex lining as never letting my feet get wet. Not once. Stitching holds up and comfort is good. I wish I had these when I was meter reading and could really tell you how they take the pounding. I went through Timberland Pro boots every six months. They had better tread(slightly) but the waterproofing never held up. I am in yards and on hillsides all day and my only wish would be a variation of these Danners with a more aggressive tread, but these get you through most every situation. Best outdoor workbook there is,in my opinion.

Fit is very good, very comfortable, almost no break in needed. Kinda of disappointed the boot has pulled apart see pic below after only less than 1 week of wear.

I know a lot of people love their Danner boots so I thought I would try them... Sorry but not a fan. It felt like there was no support under my foot, and their attempt at the wider width appeared to only make the toe box wider, not the arch area. The boot itself felt harsh against my foot, like they had been designed for durability but no thought for comfort was taken into consideration.

The shoe size was okay (felt true to size) however, it was a little narrower than expected. Felt a little uncomfortable around my small toe. It could also use a little more cushioning on the sole for one to bear wearing it for at least 10 hours a day.

Very narrow shoe I couldnt even move my toes in the toe box at all even though I ordered wide, felt like the midsole had little to no padding, returning and looking for something else.

Returned the shoes - toe box just seemed tight. Last year I had Boondocks and there was alot of room in the toe box. I could curls my toes- These shoes not so much. Also on my left foot my small toe seemed to be rubbing against the shoe. I mainly chose these shoes because they were lighter then my current shoes. I these on one foot and my old boot on the other. I didn't really notice much of a difference in weight, but my old pair was much more comfortable.

Update spend a year in these boots and they're pretty ragged and smelly I'd say for this price go with red wing are timberland, These boots are completely jacked up

These were great looking shoes that initially felt comfortable, but I wore them around the house for 3 days straight trying to break them in and they kept getting less and less comfortable. They started to dig into the side of my foot on only the right shoe, even though I ordered the EE. I contacted Zappos, and of course they preformed flawless to their moniker of Best Customer Service EVER!!!!!! They refunded me on this item no questions asked and were sympathetic to the foot pain I was having! 5 stars for their awesome service.

I work in the meat and seafood department of a grocery store and the last pair of boots I had were great with slip and oil resistant but the tread didn't last long so that's why I figured I would try these boots. Well not only were they not comfortable but they were not slip and oil resistant. I almost fell multiple time at work. I never had a problem like this with my other boots.

Poorly made depressed toe cap tore my toes up, and couldn’t get a speedy replacement from Danner, so poor quality and poor customer support, I’d avoid this brand

They look like great shoes, but they are a whole size smaller than I ordered!!!! Why would you send me shoes that don't fit? Now I have to sit on hold for half a century and waste my time to get them exchanged! Not happy at all with what passes for customer service!

The overall fit was true for my feet. The insoles are not the best. I felt that they didn't provide the right amount of support and cushion at the heel and fore foot areas for my feet. Better insoles resolved that issue. The tongue is well padded and the toe box area is roomy enough for your toes to splay out comfortably and naturally. Having the Gore-Tex membrane, definitely is a plus for added comfort and protection. Also, they felt a bit on the heavy side and overall are not the most comfortable. As for the non-metallic toe area, I haven't experience anything falling on my feet. Aesthetically, they look good, just like a sweet pair of backpacking boots. Just like any kind of rigid footwear, there is a bite of break in time, but right out of the box, they aren't too bad. The lacing system is good as well. No adjustments had to be made, once the boots were secured to my feet. As far as the quality goes, it is the one thing that I'm mostly dissatisfied about. The Vibram soles, which are known to be the best in the market, are already showing signs a wear. There is also premature signs of de-lamination. All this with only 9-days of use for 8 or more hours at a time, while walking and standing on hard surfaces. The leather is holding up well, just a bit scuffed up at the fore foot area. Based on my brief experience, I would not recommend.
