I loved these shoes from day 1 so I ordered a second color. The leather is super soft. Arch support is perfect. These are the first close toed shoes besides sneakers and boots that I have been able to wear in YEARS. I have very picky feet.

I love these! The fit is good in every way for me. The traction, comfort, and style are all excellent. The regular width accomodates my bunions well without being too wide. They were comfortable immediately out of the box--a keeper for sure!

I just bought these shoes and I love them. Like the other reviewers said, they were immediately comfortable out of the box. I ordered a six, my normal size, and it was ok, but felt a little roomy, so then I ordered a 5.5 for comparison. I ended up keeping the 5.5. I just recently developed Plantar Fasciitis, so shoes that used to be fine have suddenly become an issue. They are so great, that I went online and ordered two more pair of Aetrex shoes. I'm hoping the other ones are as great as these.

I usually don't bother with Mary Janes, because they either have no backstrap at all or have a full back, which usually doesn't work for me. I was delighted to find these shoes with a backstrap. I love the cutout decorations in the upper, the shoes are very comfortable, and they have plenty of room for my toes. I tend to wear sandals all year round, though I'll grudgingly put on socks in cooler weather. But these shoes can be worn sockless and still keep my toes warm. My feet will be happy this winter.

I love this shoe! I have one pair Aetrex sandals and they are the most comfortable sandals I own. These Aetrex shoes did not disappoint, they are like wearing slippers! I wanted them in brown but they were out of stock. I ordered a black pair which I am returning. I will wait for the brown to come back in stock because I think the cute cut out design will be more obvious. If you are looking for cute, comfy shoes, order these!

These are absolutely wonderful, felt good from the box, right arch support my feel felt comfortable, Great Keepers, may order another color. II ordered a larger size, but had to return them for my 8.5 and they are perfect.

These were comfortable right out of the box, and good for my Planter's Fasciitis, love the color for Fall, have worn them a few times, but too hot for 100 degree weather.

Wow, I have never had a shoe feel so comfortable from day 1! I was worried that it would look a little too frumpy but it's cute and super comfy. Great for wearing with summer dresses.

The best fit for me is a 9.5 wide, these don't come in wide but they were plenty wide enough for me, super comfy. Super cute with jeans, I might even wear them with a skirt.

Fit perfect. I have arthritis and nueromas in both feet. These feel like heaven to my feet. foot bed is very soft and supportive. The toe box is wide enough so there is no pressure on my toes.

I bought these shoes because I needed something for summer both cute and comfortable. I can’t wear sandals for my current job, so this was the best way to get some air circulation. I put them on as soon as they arrived - and almost never wore anything else for 2 months! They are the softest shoes I ever bought, and I received many compliments on the style. I had developed heel pain early in the season, and these shoes helped me make it through some long and busy days.

I love these shoes! I am a teacher and spend much of the day on my feet, on carpet, tile, hardwood and even cement outside. I wore these shoes all day on the first day I wore them and was comfortable all day long. I usually wear an insert in my shoes to help my arches but did not need one in this shoe. The leather is soft, the footbed is lovely. My only negative comment is that because I have two different sized feet the longer foot felt a little tight on the toe at first. But since it is leather it loosened with wear and formed to my foot. I like the look of the shoe and have worn the shoes with both casual dresses and pants. I love these shoes!

I do like this shoe as far as wide toe box, comfortable & casual cute.

Love these shoes!! They may be the most comfortable shoes I’ve ever owned! My Podiatrist recommended this brand. I have a few pairs (wedges a couple of sandals) but these are my walking all over shoes!??

Quirky looking shoe, but super comfy ... I’ve worn them every day since I got them - fabulous!

I have HORRIBLE FEET. This is one of the very few shoes with a wide toe box, very soft leather and excellent support. Very comfortable and would highly suggest trying. Had to go 1/2 size up.

I bought these shoes for a trip to Spain. I have loved my Aetrex corkbed sandals for other travels. But this trip was Oct/Nov, so I wanted a closed toe shoe but with the cork foot bed. I did not have time to break them in. They were great. I wore them with & without socks. (Barefoot was better, but both worked.) I loved the roomy toe box, supportive foot bed, easy to adjust velcro strap. I was so surprised at how soft the leather felt, like a moccasin, though it looks more rigid than that. I took another pair of shoes that I wore for a couple of rough hikes and one day or downpours. Otherwise I found these shoes perfect for hot or cool weather, skirts or pants, miles of city walking or dinner out. So glad I found them.

Pretty shoe and comfortable, but very awkward on foot. Felt like a clown shoe. Style makes feet look abnormally wide.

I bought these shoes because I have plantar faciitis and needed good arch support. These shoes fit the bill! They are so comfortable and stylish. The velcro strap really stays put. They feel much better than Birkenstocks. I wish I could wear them all winter long but the open back prevents that from happening. The leather is very soft and the shoe is lightweight. I get compliments on these shoes often.

Excellent shoe. Very comfortable, good support. No break-in period. I walk a mile to and from work each day, wore these as soon as I got them with no problem. Soft insoles. Lots of toe room. Prefect fit for my 8 1/2 narrow foot.

I'm on the move all day at work but have foot issues. These shoes have been amazing! The inside of the shoe is a memory foam type material which is soft and supportive.These are well worth the money. I've had then for about 3 months now and they look like new. I have a grey pair and they are lovely! I came back to the site to get a red pair but they are out.

These shoes are so comfortable and cute. I've had problems will my feet in the past and find I can be comfortable in these shoes all day. The soft grey color is lovely.

These shoes are awesome! The fit is great, they are comfortable to walk in and the look is super cute and not too old lady. :) I have a back condition and am recovering from a broken ankle, they are perfect!

These fit and felt great right out of the box. They are a bit dorky looking, but I was looking for a comfortable shoe to wear around the house. My Allegrias, that I've been wearing for years now, started really irritating one of my feet. These feel soft yet supportive.

always grateful for zappos customer service. i wear a custom orthotic and have difficulty finding comfortable shoes. i think these would be a terrific walking shoe for the average person. thick sole for cushioning and better than average arch support. not for me, but i'd recommend for consideration to others.
