AWFUL! Had I not already worn these outside, I would return them, and the other pair in a different color, in a heartbeat. Should have listened to other reviewers' comments about the bottoms. Very strange material - I have dogs, and the hair absolutely adheres to whatever the material on the bottom is. They are also SLIPPERY on hardwood floors. I am beyond disappointed with these. Good thing I DID listen to reviewers' complaints about how small they run - normally wear a 7, ordered an 8 - and still I feel like my toes are hanging over the side edges, so they've skimped on the width as well. Boo, Reef...you're history in my book.

I’ve bought many pairs of Reef Sandy flip flops in a size 10 over the years, but these are about a whole size too small. Along with the size 10, I also purchased a size 11 and they are smaller than the Reef’s I already own. I’ll need to send both pairs back.

I returned these sandals because they did not have enough cushion. The straps also rubbed the top of my feet. Overall they felt heavy and were uncomfortable.

I had a pair of black ones for years, size 10, the size I wear for everything including the Sandy. Ordered a new pair and they were TOO SMALL. So sad...sending back and they don't have 11s in the color I ordered. Disappointed. From other reviews, it appears as though they may be using a new manufacturing site and many others have complained that the flip flops are now running small.

Been wearing the sandy for years. I'm a 7 1/2 and have always gotten a size 8. Ordered a new pair and the 8 is too small. Very disappointing as the 9 is too big.

This was a pretty disappointing experience. I am always an 8 or 8.5 but reefs doesn’t do half sizes so I got the 8. It was too small so I exchanged for a 9. I didn’t see any difference...it seemed as small as the 8.

Loved my old Reefs. So comfortable. But these new ones are a size smaller in length and width. I returned them the week of January 15. Have not heard anything!

Will need to return for larger size. Ordered the same size I have worn in the past but these are measuring 1/2 inch shorter in length and width than previous ones purchased. These have been my favorite flip flops for years but they seem to have been reduced in length and width. I will return for a size up and try that.

I've been buying the Reef Sandy for years. It's my favorite flip flop. Last season I bought a new pair of black ones to replace my loved ones and I couldn't even get my foot in them. All of a sudden they seem to be too narrow, almost like the cut changed. Couldn't even get my foot in to see if they'd break in.

This is my FAVORITE reef flip flop I have 5 pairs from previous years and they are the best! This year's style is NOT the same! I ordered the exact same size and it is literally an inch shorter, which sucks because I wear an 11. I can't just go up a size. I'm very disappointed in reef's decision to make the sizes smaller. It doesn't make sense when people have larger and larger feet. Where's the size 12 if I can't wear an 11 now? All I can think is they changed manufacturers or something. Please make them bigger again these are my favorite flip flops!

I purchased these after borrowing my D-I-L's sandals. These had none of the arch support or "feel" that I wanted. They look cute but they don't feel like the older version. Considering returning.

I thought this was the same style I've bought twice before, but it just doesn't fit the same way. The flip flops I currently have are my favorite style and they fit perfectly. I wish I could find another pair. I thought I purchased the wrong size, so I bought these again in a larger size, but still wasn't right. I even had the associate recommend other options when I called for a return label.

Seems like great quality and would be comfortable... if they fit. I've been a size 9 in Reef Sandy flip flops for the last decade at least (8.5 in regular shoes.) These are at least half an inch shorter than my old Sandy size 9s from 7 years ago or so. It's unfortunate because that extra 1/4 or 1/2 inch would make a big difference! Sadly will have to return, not sure if a size 10 will be huge for me.

So, I ordered a size 7 to replace the current ones of the same size and style, but the ones that got delivered are so much smaller. I'm going to have to return them and order new ones. It's just strange. And kind of a pain in the butt, but oh well I guess. The quality still seems great, and I look forward to getting a new pair that fit because I loved my first pair (that I've had for probably 5+ years) that just need to be replaced.

I ordered women's size 8 (which is my normal shoe size) and couldn't come close to squeezing my foot in it. They ended up fitting my mom who is wears a small women's size 5&1/2 - 6. Maybe there is something in the sizing chart saying you should order 2+ sizes larger than average. But obviously I missed that note. It was very disappointing. However, I love the brand and the quality.

I have worn Reef flip flops for years. I did not realize the pair I purchased online ran quite a bit smaller than the pairs I already have; beyond the time of returning. They are too small for me to wear. I am not sure if they were mismarked or the sizing has changed.

Most comfortable pair of flipflops ive used, but these are not made for walking far, the grip is awesome, i walked on the beach to break them in, had blisters after an hr or walking and they tainted my feet black. Not just the sole but the straps as well. They should work on that.

I love Reef sandals & every pair I own is a size 5, perfect fit. I was so disappointed to receive this order and find that my heel hung off the back. It's like the shoes were irregulars or something.

The first thing I noticed is that they were not true to size, short. The first day I wore them the stitching on the thong between the big and next toe came out. I had to return them. Not paying that much for poor quality.

I have given rave reviews for the reef sandy flip flops in the past & felt the arch support was excellent, however this last pair with the black/blue/metallic were totally different from every other pair I have ever purchased, with very little to no arch support. I am very disappointed & will try ordering another color & hope the support will be what it use to be!
