Customer Reviews High Sierra XBT - Wheeled Backpack

The backpack looks nice. But it does not hold my 17 inch DELL laptop. The product specs say that it will hold a 17 inch laptop. Return shipment cost was too high. So, I am giving away the backpack.

Bought this for my middle schooler to use for daily use so he could save his back. It didn't even last a month. Received on 9/5/23 and already splitting. He will be going back to his Target (Swiss) backpack that lasted the previous school year. Waste of money if you are looking for something that can keep up with a kid.

This bag was fantastic before the design was changed. Use to have two in one bag. The original design made it easy to use as a carry-on. It had removable front pocket and was great for any kind of travel. But now not too useful. Change is not always good. Very sad,

Absolutely worst quality. It couldn't even handle the use by a regular 3rd grader. The zipper broke within 1st week of school. The handle broken within 20 days of purchase. The quality of high sierra backs seem to be going downhill rapidly.

I left on my 3 week trip with this bag. Two weeks into it the telescoping handle disconnected on one side. Very difficult to use after this. Not very happy. It's a great sturdy bag with good zippers except for this major flaw. I resulted in purchasing another bag to put this one in for the trip home in order that I could return and get credit. I could have bought something fun.

We bought this backpack for the option of carrying on your back but it is so poorly designed! Once you unzipper the flap to remove straps the flap hangs open! My son is beyond frustrated! I guess if you just want a wheeled pack it is fine!
