Great to take on vacation and very versatile.

I use this bag for my daily commute. With multiple ways to carry it (handle, wheels, straps) it is very versatile. Only complaint are the wheels, they roll with some resistance and are very hard plastic. If they were silicone or rubber skateboard-type wheels with better bearings, that would be a nice improvement. Otherwise a great bag!

I never thought I would find a bag that would hold all of my huge law books. This one works perfectly and I never run out of room.

I purchase this for my 7th grader, he was carrying a very heavy backpack on his shoulders, now he has the option of rolling it, as well as carrying it when using the stairs at school, it's about the same as the version without the wheels he has before... Good purchase so far! Just make sure when rolling that the straps are not on the floor butt in the pouch that brings, they will go under the wheels and wear (learnt it the hard way)

My wife purchased this bag for me as a gift and I have found it to be my "go to" bag when travelling. We make numerous trips annually and most involve airline travel. This bag is perfect, as it has generous capacity, easy to carry and most of all is really ideal as a carry on.

I use this to move between different offices. It is easy to pull and carries my laptop, tablet, books and papers easily. There is plenty of room for additional needs.

Great bag. Seems durable and fits all that my son needs for school. Which is a lot of stuff!

I've had one for over a decade. Wheels are finally breaking down. I will replace with one just like it. Fabulous for versatility when airplanes say only one carry on or two items- just zip it together. I used it as my only bag for 10 day and 14 day travels to Israel, England, and Amsterdam.

It's great in every way but my older version allowed be to open the main compartment completely... This one does not

My only issue with the bag is it has no laptop sleeve in the big compartment. It's in the middle, smaller compartment.

Bought this for my wife as a gift to help her carry all her work/advanced degree books, supplies and laptop. Overall it seems to work, but could use a little more use-case design changes. First, although it fits a 17" laptop, it doesn't really have a designated spot that protects it a little more from the pressure of other books and getting jostled around. I wish it at least had a padded slot for the computer. Second, the straps have to be enclosed in the zipped cover to roll it. I understand why, as they will catch in the wheels when rolling, but if you have to travel through different "terrain" such as indoor and outdoor stairs, in and out of the house etc, it takes time to switch from backpack to rolling pack and vice versa. It's kind of a pain. Otherwise, she's committed to trying to get used to it, as it does allow her to transport more or all of what she needs each day.

The wheels are kind of loud. But the bag lasts for years. I'm on my second bag in approximately 8 years.

This is my office. Fits file folders in the back. Computer in the padded compartment. Zippers appear strong and I have quick access. Front accessory pocket could have been designed a little better. Will not tip over! Very satisfied overall.

Love the space, wheels are great. Zippers are the weakest point. I have had two bags with busted zippers out of the 4 I have had in the last 5 years. I use this daily, so I'm used to getting a new one each year. Last one the zippers lasted 4 months. Thankfully customer service replaced it.

How do I attach the back flap when using shoulder straps?

bad knee mom hasn't used the backpack yet, but in looking for a replacement to this, discovered how to velco the strap holder to go over wheels and under the bag. i haven't tried it "really" so still have no comments - I still like the clips to detach the straps like in some models. glad i figured it out, thanks for the answer - not

has a "pocket" for straps but it hangs loose when wearing it as a backpack. seems odd to have velcro on top of the loose cover but nothing to attach too.

The larger compartment doesn't unzip all the way. Can't pack as much as I thought.
