I have had to send these shoes back 3 times now due to sizing. I just can’t get it right! I have had to size up a whole size from my usual 7, and they still feel stiff and uncomfortable. I love the style, but I may have to send these new ones back.

Like many have said, these are super cute but definitely run small

Super adorable shoe, but runs too small and too narrow. The gray is also more in the tan family than gray in my opinion. I almost always wear a 9, sometimes an 8.5, but this 9 was too small. Will likely try to return for a half size larger.

Very cute. I ordered a half size up and they fit great. They rub blisters in several places on my feet. Hoping it’ll get better after more wear.

I love this shoe but it was very narrow on my already narrow foot so having to size up!

These are cute but are a bit stiff at first. I bought my regular size and they are about a half-size too small so I've gotten some blisters. That could also be because they aren't broken in yet. If you want to wear socks with these def get a half-size bigger.

I love the shoes once I ordered a size larger. I normally wear an 8 but I needed a 9 in this shoe. They do run 1 full size smaller.

I am enjoying these shoes. This is the second style of Steve Madden slip-ons I've tried, so I knew I needed a half size larger than my usual 5 1/2. They tend to run a little bit narrow in the toe area but that works for me. These were a little stiff out of the box but are breaking in after a few days of wearing them. There is not much (if any) arch support, but they are still super comfy. I love the style too---so versatile.

Love the style of the shoes. I normally wear a size 8 but for whatever reason these shoes are extremely tight fitting, hard to even get on. Maybe after breaking in they would relax but felt unsure, so decided to return. Overall 4* as I did like the design, 2* on the comfort, as hard to get on and 3* on style because of the fit.

I love the look of these shoes. However, the uppers felt like they were made of plastic. The shoes swam on my feet. They were not comfortable enough to reorder in a smaller size.

After reading comments from others, I ordered a full size up from what I usually wear. I had hoped to order just a 1/2 size up but that was out of stock. Although they feel just a tad longer than I would like this is without socks. I am able to add a sturdier, more supportive orthotic due to the length so that is a definite plus for those of us who need additional support.

They're more like a size 8, although I have ordered those shoes as size 9.5

I SO wanted to love these! But they were way too big, so big I double checked to make sure they weren't the next size or a men's shoe by accident.

Love the quilted fabric. Nice detail. I feel the support is only moderate overall, but the heel not as comfy as the ball of the foot. Sending back.

This shoe runs big. I sized down and I think i need to go down another 1/2 size. The shoe is very wide. If you have wide fit this shoe is perfect for you!

I almost always wear a size 9, but even the 9.5 was too small. I am returning them. I might order a size 10. I have never worn a size 10 in my life. I wish shoe companies could be more consistent.

Happy with my purchase! They are very fashionable! Actually, I follow two different bloggers who wear these shoes and people comment on them a lot. Each time I wear mine, I receive compliments as well. They do run small and a they are a bit narrow but not uncomfortable. One more comment about the wearability - they make my feet very hot in the Fall/Autumn months. I imagine it's the black leather - the fabric doesn't breathe.

I recently ordered these sneakers but it took a little buying and returning to find the right size. I am usually a 7.5/8 in sneakers and I had to go up to a 9 in these. They run a full size small. Now that I have the right size, I wear them everyday because theyre super cute and comfy!

OUCH! I really want to like these but they definitely have their faults. I'm hoping after a few more wears they will soften up a bit. So far I'm two wears in and can only wear them a few hours before they start to rub in certain areas. I did size up after reading the reviews so the 8.5 fits great. I'm usually an 8. It's the sides and the heels that are the problem.
