I ordered a full size larger than my normal size. Normal is 10 W. The foot length was the same as my normal size - maybe a bit smaller. The width was more like an E width. It was too wide. I have a D width foot with high instep and arch. The shoe rubbed my heal even with thick socks on and my toes smashed the front. My foot just moved around in the shoe too much.

Fit was fine. The problem is these shoes are not Grey they are Brown/Tan. Not even sure how they can call them Grey. Held them next to a pair of Grey shoes, wasn't even close. Matched a brown pair perfectly.

These shoes are synthetic and make your feel very hot and uncomfortable.

Have to size down one whole size!

Returned them because they were already used. Absolutely disgusted that Zappos thought it was okay to send used shoes.

Need to return for a larger size and a pair that were not worn before me.

Sizing on this shoe is so off! I’ve ordered and returned 3 pairs, now returning a 4th! Ordered a 6W, received today and they were HUGE! Box says 6 but shoes in the box actually was an 8W. Ugh I’m so frustrated.

You sent me used shoes. Look at the bottoms before you send out!

I received a size 9 shoe box, but the shoes inside the box are a size 8. :(

If you are looking for a "grey" colored shoe, this is NOT for you! The color is not at all grey....more taupe color.

I was very surprised and disappointed to receive a dark tan color when I ordered gray. I've placed a gray tape measurer near the box for reference.

I just received these today and they are going back. The fit was fine but they are extremely uncomfortable. The bottoms feel like plywood - very stiff. My foot felt like it was in a vice. Maybe they would get better after being broken in but I, personally, wouldn't be able to wear them that long.

Run larger and these shoes are hard as a rock! Awful they cut my heels and it feels like you are walking on a brick.

Too large and the fabric and overall shoe was too stiff and not comfortable.

once they are stretched out they are okay, but they were definitely painful the first few times i wore them! however i wear a 10 and 1/2 and since that size is not possible i ordered both 10 and 11. the 11 was way too big so i decided to suck it up with the 10. now that i've worn them a few times and stretched them out i love them!

I wanted to love these and apparently they soles are photo shopped on the website. The soles are NOT white, they are dirty looking off white. I had ordered them once before and thought maybe I got an "off" pair so I tried again. No, the soles are NOT white but look like old, dirty soles that were once white. The sneakers run small so I knew to buy a 1/2 size up from my past purchase. They are really not comfortable even if I could get past the off white soles. They are very stiff and can tell they will be blister makers so they are sadly going back. The concept is great, love the quilting but the quality is not up to par.
