Love this shoes! Very comfortable for walking/working out. The only change I would make are the laces- I think thicker ones would hold the tie more efficiently. And I love the color!

I have been wearing New Balance 608s for years and they have always been my favorite walking shoe. They provide good support and the arch and styling really fit my foot well. The only problem I have seen in my last couple of pairs is that the sizes aren't consistent. Prior to this pair, the shoes I received were really short and my toes were hitting the front of the shoe. I had to return them and the replacement pair fit fine.

I have been wearing New Balance for many years. I feel like the company is changing.. They still fit really well. Its one of the few sneakers that I don't need a "break in" period/ I am finding that they just don't last as long as they used to. I find I am buying them more often. Even with that, I still like the comfort. I suffer from Plantar Fasciitis and these are one of the sneakers that help! Always have...

I need a little more arch support than these give, but overall they fit well and are comfortable. However, the insole is not as "cushy" as they used to be. I'd like a little more padding.

I almost always order New balance tennis shoes because I am on my feet a lot at work and have a history of plantar fasciitis. I put that this shoe felt a half size smaller than marked. That may be an overstatement-I felt like they were "a tad" smaller but not enough to warrent a different size.

I have very narrow feet, particularly narrow heels, and these shoes fit well. I have had several pairs over the years and they hold up well also.

Good value for the price. Solid supportive soul. Seems a bit wider than a medium. I wear an 8 1/2 and the shoes make my feet look smaller than they are.

I always wear a 9.5 N in New Balance sneakers, but these were short. My toes were right at the front of the shoe with no space. Will try the next 1/2 size up.

Very stylish and comfortable. I love my shoes. Will be purchasing another brand in the future.

Think I'm going to return for half size bigger

Admittedly my feet make it difficult to find a good-fitting shoe. I need a medium to wide width, depending on the brand, but I have narrow heels. I have bought and worn many pairs of New Balance shoes, sometimes in a B width, sometimes a D. These shoes in D seemed too big and also it was too difficult to tighten the laces in order to get my heels to stay in the shoe. However, I won't be trying a B width because the main reason that I decided to return these shoes is the 10 mm drop. Even though that is only 4/10 of an inch, I felt like I was wearing two-inch heels; not a good feature in a walking shoe, in my opinion. Instead I went with the Easy Spirit Romy.

I purchased these New Balance shoes based on reviewer recommendation for folks with "fit issues". I am a fit issue princess and was hopeful these would work for my go-to-walk-abouts but found them to be too pointy toed for me.

I tried this shoe to use as more of a cross trainer and it did not work. I think it is a better walking shoe. I had to go up a half size which did change the feel of the shoe. So it almost worked for me but not quite. Sigh...back to the search.

I wear a size 13 wide and was happy that these shoes actually fit me! However, the shoe was wide all over... Meaning the area around the middle of the foot, the instep, did not narrow in width so the shoe looked like a puffy pillow. I returned them because the sides of the shoe did not touch that part of my foot.

I have to say that I did not realize that the v4 at the end of the 608 makes a difference. I walk a mile to a mile and 1/2 every day. I had a pair of the NB 608 and they had a wonderful cushony support in the bottom of them. When my first pair of NB WX608v4 arrived they were missing the insole in the left shoe. I called Zappo's and they told me they would send me out new shoes right away and I was to dispose of the other ones or donate to good will. New shoes arrived the next day and off I went for a walk. Oh boy, I really need that extra support. My feet hurt the whole time I am walking. I am going to try to find a more supportive insole and hope that will help with the discomfort. Hope this helps.

I had the Women's White/Pink shoe (not the one pictured here ASIN: B00IY955YU). I ordered the wide as all the New Balance shoes I tried on seemed very tight. While this one had good width through the toes, I felt as though it was too wide at the ankle. I seemed to be walking out of the shoe. I will be returning this shoe.

This shoe fits a full size smaller than ordered. I bought these thinking they would have arch support since I have feet issues. There is no arch support at all. Im sure they would be okay if you are using orthotics since you can remove the insert.

Too small - both the length and the width! I have worn NewBalance for years because they are actually wide enough - please don't make them narrower - that is torture!

Left foot seems twisted so that if I wore it constantly, it would probably cripple me. It causes pain in that foot. The pair, left and right foot, dips in the middle of the shoe.

I bought a 12 N, it was too tight.
