First time reviewer. Great fit. I wear these in black for work and brown for every day. Only place I could find both. I have plantar fasciitis and wear these per doctors orders. No problems since. Shoes came right on time.

These shoes fit well and are true to size. A very comfortable walking shoe for a good price.

As a long time NB happy wearer, my man has learned to go to Zappos and read reviews, compare styles to his always current pair being worn and this style pleases his difficult feet! LOL we just ordered a second pair already this month. Toe depth, arch width, thin heels...they fit perfectly.

I have kind of odd shaped feet (I wear a 7 4E) so I am fortunate that New Balance makes this size at all. I often find wide width shoes to be too thin (not enough vertical space even if they fit widthwise) like they are for over-sized pancake feet. These have ample vertical space as well and fit my blocky feet well. In fact, they fit particularly well and I have purchased essentially the same model of these shoes many times... and will do it again. I am not into the fluorescent shoe styles that are currently in vogue. The styling is pretty basic and I am fine with that.

Be forewarned! This shoe comes with a memory foam insole which it does not say in the description. The description says a standard EVA insole. Memory foam sounds cool and might be good for pillow, but it's horrible for walking because memory foam doesn't rebound. Feels like a balloon in your shoe. Step, and then wait to sink before your next step. Great way to get tired real quick and try to keep your balance. Luckily, the insole is removable which I will be tossing and replacing with a standard insole. It would be 5 stars because it is a great shoe, but a 2 for comfort because unwearable in present form.

I'm a big guy 6'2" 290 and this is my third pair. Need I say more. This shoe has it all for me size 12 4e and comfort

Nice crossover hiking/walking shoe. Comfortable right out of the box with padded tongue and cushiony soles. Light in weight but sturdy materials and feel.

I love putting on my new New Balance shoes everyday. The insert is comfortable and brings ease as I walk around.

These shoes are comfortable and durable (so far) ... just spent a week touring the Sonora Desert in AZ. Zappos is a solid company with whom to work = on time shipment and competitive prices.

Length and width were ok. Because of the somewhat pointed toes design they were to tight for comfort in the toe area. They were otherwise comfortable and appeared to be well made.

My husband likes to run hard and play hard. He needs a wide shoe with lots of support. Extremely wide foot that resembles Shrek feet....in a good way! He loves this shoe and plays hard court tennis in them. Great comfort!

My husband wheres a very large shoe and i am very glad i could find it on this site. I have tried many sites before with no luck, and they were at a reasonable cost.

For the price this sneaker is one of my favorites, right off these sneakers felt comfortable to wear and look real good two, I liked the so much I got a second pair in brown and red.

I can't judge on the arch support as I use a medically manufactured arch support to fit my medical foot needs. I have now worn my new shoes and they are very comfortable and well made. I would definitely suggest this shoe.

Have wide feet so ordered a 4x wide. Happy with these shoes. Went hiking no complaints. Especially like free shipping, living in Hawaii everything is expensive especially shipping.

Have always been very happy with this site. Have purchased many shoes, unfortunately these did not fit as well for me as others through the toe area. Will definitely continue to purchase here.
