As always, Zappos is the easiest seller online, hands down. The shoes were a present for my son who works retail. He always comes home with a backache. He reports the shoes are true to size and very comfortable. He wears Asics for running and before now, he wore Asics for work. I wear Asics for running also, but New Balance cross trainers are always more comfortable for standing, walking, etc. So far so good.

Great fit very comfortable! Very light weight.

Got it for my husband who is super picky. He loved the brown one and says it is like walking on air. Width is great and overall look and feel is awesome.

Like the last pair I purchased.

This is my husband’s second pair of these shoes. He loves them. Said he has never put on a pair of shoes and had them instantly feel so good. Perfect width, feels good even when his plantar fasciitis is bugging him - perfect shoe for him. I hope these aren’t discontinued!

I've had several pairs of New Balance shoes. The last several pairs fit very well. I ordered this pair for court sports in the same style number as my last pair (just a different color) because they wore so well, comfortable and durable. After about a year and a half of playing 3-4 times a week, the tread on the sole wore down somewhat, causing them to not be suitable for hard court playing, but still good enough to donate to a charity.

Fits well. So light that when walking you don't feel like wearing shoes.

Awesome wide shoes. I got the brown ones, because i needed brown ones. My 10 year old asked me if they were purple, so they get a slight ding for style, but not much. They're middle aged man shoes, but they're really good middle aged man shoes. Wide and comfortable so your feet don't hurt. I get the extra wides so I can lace them like a normal person. I'm pleased with my purchase.

I've been wearing this shoe for years. I really like the consistency and availability of really wide widths. Great shoe, I like the Navy and the brown was a nice change of look once.

This is the 5th or 6th pair of this model I've purchased. They fit me perfectly. I just hope New Balance doesn't discontinue it!

I have had several pairs of the model. The fit is always true in every way. Great lateral support. I have high arches and use a good arch support with them. I know that adds to the cost of the shoe but they are super comfortable with that combo.

My review is for the great blue/white shoe. Sadly discontinued. They wont let me review the shoe I actually bought. Even though I clicked on the link from the shoe I bought. I would have bought that shoe for the rest of my life. Not the current one.

Best 608 model yet, both for appearance and fit. 4E width right on mark. Other than laces far too long, New Balance still most reliable cross trainer out there.
