Narrow and shallow toe box. Uncomfortable relative to my 990v4 & 1260v5 in the same size & width. High price.

This style did not fit properly. I tried wearing it to see if they would stretch a bit and they did not. They were not 4EEE as they claimed to be. My last pair was also returned for the same reason.

The shoe is much shorter than the usual 1200 series shoe; I had to order one full size larger. Also, the width is more narrow than the standard NB D width. Also, the tongue is a little too short and hits my ankle uncomfortably. Disappointing.

I do not like the shoes, especially the lowered heel. They just aren't as comfortable as others I've ordered!

I was so excited to get these shoes, and to put them to work. I'm normally an 8.5 4E, so that's what I ordered. Too small. Ordered a 9 4E. Too small. Ordered a 9.5 4E, WAY too big. I am extremely disappointed, and would recommend ordering at least a 1/2 size up, if you are ready to take a chance.

Ordered these because I had the same model a tear ago. Ordered the same size and width but do not fit the same as the pair before. Tried them out for a few days at work (12 hour shift on feet) and feet were in extreme painful. thought they would break in but still uncomfortable. Measured the material upper height from the sole up and the old pair have 1/4 of an inch more upper to account for the 4e width. Don't think these pair were really 4e wide. :(

Way too stiff.

I always get 10EE shoe for New Balance. They change the style once again and these didn't fit. They ran small. I went to one of their stores,found the older style. Bought 2 pairs!

These shoes were poorly constructed the sides were coming unglued and falling apart right out of the box . I have had other new balance shoes that were better made so I sent them back.

I've been buying 990 & 996 styles in 11.5-4E for years. When I ordered this new style in the same size, it was so narrow I couldn't fit my foot into them even with the laces removed! I can't try them in the store, since no shoe store I have ever seen stocks 4E sizes in any style. I guess I'll have to go to another brand for realistic sizing.
