Nice looking shoe. I was expecting a darker color, closer to black, but they're a nice gray color (plus the neon color that makes them pop. Lightweight and comfy, just as I normally expect from New Balance. Love that they come in giant wide sizes.

Was not a "true" 2W and was too tight. Had to return.

In my quest to find shoes that fit my 14 year old son with almost-14 size feet, these were returned. He found them a bit loose in the heel but thought his shoe inserts would fix that. I thought they were attractive, he thought the silver foam trim was not going to last long. We are back to looking at 13.5 wide shoes for him.

From the moment I tried them on. They were a perfect fit and comfortable. Excellent shoes for the gym, light weight, and great to train in.

Great looking shoe, and very comfortable. My only issue is that they felt very snug the first day I put them on. After a day of use, they loosened up a lot in the toe box and fit more comfortable.

When I put these on, right out of the box, I knew these were the real deal. I walk a lot and extremely comfortable while on the treadmill, walking on the street or around the house. Feet and knees don't ache.

NB's Customer Service Rep was wonderful! When I called to return a sneaker that was too narrow in the toes, this lovely lady took the time to inform of those models that were wider at the toe. These suggestions led me to select the model I'm wearing now. It fits! In my 68 years on this earth, I have rarely worn shoes/sneakers that fit and are comfortable. These are a treat! Thanks! DCH

True to size. Excellent fit, and arch support. For someone who was recently diagnosed with plantar fasciitis, these shoes made a instant, and significant impact.

Great shoe that performs well when working out consistently. They do need to add more color selections.

Bought these for my husband. He likes them and their functionality. The only complaint he has is that the toe area is a little narrower than other New Balance pairs he's had in the past.

I have worn New Balance for many years, tennis, gym, walking etc. I have a 4E size and they have always accomodated my needs. I purchased one of these 18 months ago and thought it was my foot because my toes at end of shoe. So I bought a new pair went from 12.5 to 13 all 4E. Played indoors for 2 hours and my foot was red and sore. This style shoe runs narrow and short....going to try something totally different now.

Very good design and quality build. For me these NB's ran a full size too small & uncomfortable to wear. Once I exchanged to the next larger size, they fit just right. Zappos convenient and quick turn around exchange was painless.

Love how the shoe looked in person. Two weeks in using these at the gym doing high cardio and weight lifting and have not encountered any issues. I ordered a width 2e width and they are not as wide as my new balance 2e running shoes (1260v6) but they still let my toes spread out, when needed. Overall, pleased with the shoe so far.

I felt like my foot engulfed the shoe. not much lateral support. it is a minimus right? I get it. I need more support, cushion, lateral support. That's why I recommend the shoe; it might work for you. I'm 6ft 245lb size 15 wide.

Up to three years ago I could always depend on the size shoe I ordered as being the same as the one I ordered previously. 10.5 4E - This is apparently no longer the case. Very sad as living in Ecuador I depended on consistence of size as it is very expensive to return things from here. Too bad, I will probably have to look locally for my next pair of shoes.

Nice sneaker. Bought two in different colors. A little narrower than other styles, but still comfortable. Would purchase again.

Shoe felt good, pity it runs small. Have a 4e foot so can’t buy a wider size. Sending back for another pair.

Unfortunately this shoe, like many others I've been finding lately hasn't made the 4E sole nearly as wide as necessary to actually fit a wide foot, and prevent the foot from overhanging the sole.

After having multiple pairs of 1011s, I was told the 1267s were a good bet. The toe box was way too scrunched. Exchanged for 857 per advice of another New Balance rep - great choice :)

Good shoe, comfortable, good support, durable, looks good. Only one big problem - too heavy. My last cross trainer was a lot lighter but they stopped making it (MX797v4 - was a great shoe). I was hoping for a light cross trainer with good support that I could run and lift with in the gym. I would not recommend this shoe for running...maybe for heavy weight training. I wear NB for everything - gym, running, golf, tennis...etc and it is getting harder and harder to find solid shoes like the MX797v4 that I bought last year
