The first pair of shoes I've purchased that lasted over a year, and the sole is still solid. I just purchased two more. I have worn more comfortable shoes for all day walking, but these are fine for a work day.

Pros: Gorgeous shoe, very comfortable, true to size, not as narrow as most dress shoes. Cons: Opening is very small, I have to completely de-lace the shoe down to the last two to get my foot in without bending the heel down.

Fit perfectly, no pain or break-in period. Look amazing, received many compliments. Quality shoe. Have now bought 3 different pairs from Zappos and always pleased.

For a dress shoe under $100 these shoes are excellent. Comfortable out of the box - virtually no break in time needed. The lack of wingtips or brouging with a plain cap toe creates a formal look - excellent paired with a Navy suit. Shoes are appropriately polished but not overly shinny like patent leather. Non-leather bottom provides good grip but reveals how the manufacturer cut costs to produce for under $100. All in all an excellent buy for occasional use. Would not recommend for everyday wear - will like not last more than six months.

Good looking shoe. Like other reviewers I think with time they will break in nicely. They did rub a small blister on my left ankle bone but not on the right.

Love the shoes - should have broke them in before event but got lots of compliments. Look forward to wearing in the future.

The shoe is a bit stiff and definitely has a strong scent. The scent is not an issue when worn. The leather is nicely moisturized and looks like it will age well.

Great shoe, did notice the order other posts commented about however quickly dissipated. Fits really well and doesn't rub on the heel.

I like the look of the shoe; the only problem is that the sides near the ankles have started to cave in after a week. This makes it uncomfortable if you're leaning from side to side or sitting cross-legged.

Unusually low back to this shoe causes the heel to rub - something I've never encountered before. The shoe is also unusually stiff, making the edges of the heel fairly sharp, which adds to the irritation. I fit well in most size 10 shoes - but this one felt loose, even after lacing to the maximum possible. My heel lifted up at each step, and the shoe is wide at the back.

These shoes are extremely uncomfortable. They cut into the ankles. That can be fixed by putting in an extra insole. But the worst part is the top of the shoes bends in and cuts into the top of the foot, causing agony when walking.

The cap on the toe isolates the bend of the shoe just beyond the cap. That resulted in the shoes having a spot the looked warn very quickly. Shines never held on that spot. Poor design.

Didn't even try them on - the colour was totally different from the picture - so not what I wanted at all. Colour says 'cognac' - they are tan, no ifs, buts or maybes - they are TAN!

They smell like gasoline - they look like plastic. Took months for the odor to go away.
