Runs big. Cute and comfy .

Stylish but felt half size smaller. Good quality for mild winter.

cute but just so-so quality. heels are “peeling” because they are faux; not a real stack heel.

Leather is so soft but I'm returning for half a size smaller. Hopefully these will work.

I have had these boots for over a year. I work in a quiet environment, so I can't wear some of the really cute ankle boots on the market with a wooden sole and/or heel. These Lucky boots are quiet, don't squeak, and have a soft leather so they don't bind, rub, or pinch. They are good for a few hours, but have a flat insole, so they offer NO arch support. If they had arch support I would give them five stars.

Beautiful boots, but runs very small. Feels very narrow. Had to return.

Fit is great. Super comfortable bootie. My only complaint is the quality. The leather part is fine but the heel started wearing off after the first wear. Now they just look old and scuffed.

They look great, the garnet color is beautiful (a rich red). Unfortunately, they're too tight in the toes and the heel is weird. It rubs, but also slides up & down. I normally wear a 6, sometimes a 6.5 - tried both and neither was comfortable.

This style was referred to me by a friend and I was excited to try them. Unfortunately they are too tight over my high arches and I could barely get them zipped. I plan to return them.

Love the look and style of these boots, but they didn't hold up for as long as I'd expect. Within the same season of purchasing, the covering on the heel started peeling. Not much you can do about that; underneath is an unattractive, light-colored material. They're also not as comfortable as other boots in similar style and price-point that I've had in the past.

Nice style and leather, appears well made. The boot ran small and was uncomfortable to walk in with the toe of the shoe curled upward, but it is more like a cowboy boot so some might be ok with that. I don't think I would find the next size up comfortable, so they are going back.

This is a great looking show, but lacking in comfort and quality.

The fit was not a whole half size larger, but just roomy enough to wear with a thicker sock. I was looking for something to wear with thin socks or tights, so it felt a little loose. I like the style of the boot, perfect heel height, and the leather feels pretty good. The chinchilla color is also nice if you're looking for a lighter color.

The overall design is good, except there’s not enough indentation over the heel, so it slipped while walking. I marked that it felt a half-size larger, but that’s not accurate. I wouldn’t want it any shorter, and the volume was fine, the width was fine, and standing still was fine. It’s just walking felt like I was wearing flip-flops

I like the style of the booties however the quality is quite disappointing. The soles and heels wear down quickly and after only one wear; most of the time inside the car and hospital; with 20 minutes at the grocery store. Could also use more cushion and arch support. I would not buy another pair nor would I recommend them.

Shoes looked great, but were hard and stiff, too narrow, and very uncomfortable. Not for me!

I really wanted these to fit as they were really cute. However, for a wide shoe/boot they were very tight. Also, my foot would not "slip" into place when I put the boot on. The insole was kind of tacky. As a result my sock would bunch up creating discomfort and further tightness in the width.

Not comfortable at all! No cushion and a thin sole. Also, after only a few uses the edge of the sole is wearing off. So a light brown finish is showing through. Love the style but that doesn’t go far. Definitely expected better quality from Lucky! Esp at over $100

This shoe is very stiff & the front comes up too high so that when you walk it gouges your ankle. The coloring on the heels was rubbed off in several spots. It’s also a bit wide & my foot slipped around. It’s not bad looking, but horribly uncomfortable.

no comfortable footbed

I received these booties from Zappos, and they were obviously previously worn, even the heel was damaged. I didn’t return them because I needed them and did not have the turnaround time to spare. After walking in them for less than 1/4 mile, the zipper came undone from the wrong side. It feels like total waste of money to me. I ordered one size larger and they felt just right, meaning they run on the small size. They are not comfortable at all, however they are very visually pleasing.

Shoes are just not comfortable after One hour. So cute to look at and the red pops but I couldn't wear after an hour. Width at times is too narrow and height above ties does not allow for socks. Too bad as they were expensive
