I have these awesome booties in both the Toffee color and the green suede that I bought a couple of years ago. I absolutely ADORE these booties - crazy comfy, stylish and they go with everything. I love them so much I just bought another pair in Periscope which is the grey suede. They are just as awesome however the sizing seems to have changed slightly. My other 2 pairs are marked 6.5 (EU36.5) while the new pair is marked as 6.5 (EU37) and they are definitely a bit bigger. I notice it mostly in the width but also slight difference in the length. The booties already ran a bit large when I got the first 2 pairs a couple years ago - I am normally a 7 in closed toe shoes and got my other 2 pairs in 6.5 for the perfect fit - but now they're even larger. It's not enough of a difference to make me send them back because they still fit but they don't "fit like a glove" like my other ones. That said, I love the new color. It's a great neutral and goes with everything.

Of all the FIVE different pairs of grey suede booties I ordered/tried today (with VIP/one day shipping!) I *thought* this was the best one. Buuuut...as many have already written, it looks like the sole is going to scuff and wear out far too quickly, as indicated by the wear marks that happened after walking around my office deck a few times so I could see how they feel (see pic). I guess I will have to chose the Sam Edelman or Dolce Vita...which both nice but unfortunately have those zipper tassles that these DON'T have. Thankfully Zappos makes comparing/contrasting so easy...

I can wear all day teaching with no discomfort. These are so soft and so comfortable. Love the style and double zipper makes them super easy to get on and off. Love them!

I love Lucky Brand boots. They are of great quality and have a variety of colors. They never disappoint.

I am between a 9.5 and a 10. I ordered both, and the 9.5 is too small in the toe bed. While the 10 is maybe a tad too long, I will be able to wear socks with them, which will be good in the cooler weather! (I tried to order the 9.5 wide, but they were out of stock, so I'm sticking with the 10M because I like them so much!) The leather is softer than expected, and there is a little bit of cushion in the footbed. I really like the color...it's camouflage, but not over the top. Great boots! (I have the flattest foot ever, so I can't honestly evaluate the arch support.)

These booties fit my feet perfectly. Hopefully there will be no problem with the heel wear I read about. I will continue to buy them as they are so comfortable. I wear a size 8 1/2 and they are true to size

Beautiful boot. Shoe part fit well but boot part was too wide for my long skinny foot. Would work well for someone with high arches or larger ankles

Love these! So versatile and comfortable. I ordered half a size up and went for the wides because Lucky Brand is always narrow on me - the fit is just right! Excited to get a lot of use out of these this fall

My second pair of these ankle boots. They’re great with dresses or jeans. They’re not waterproof and after wearing them every week fall and winter, often all day and in a city with cobblestones, they were done. Happy I was able to buy them again. Comfortable with thick, textured tights or thin dress socks for hours, right out of the box. I bought 9 but usually wear 8.5 in comfort brands.

I have always loved these booties and have tried them several times in different colors, but they run a bit narrow, especially for someone who wears orthotics and needs a bit more room in the middle and toe box areas. It is almost impossible to find them in my large size (12) and a wide width. I finally saw the black and the toffee brown color here, in 12w, and purchased both immediately, knowing it was kind of like a unicorn sighting! Thank you, Zappos. The black fit perfectly, and is very comfortable, but the brown color seemed to be much narrower, more like the 12M, so I ordered a second pair in brown, 12W to see whether the black was the outlier or there was a problem with the first brown pair. The second brown pair worked just fine, and I sent the first one back. So, if you want a wide width, a note of caution that there may be some variability in width among pairs with the same size marked.
