So far, this boot is very comfortable. I like the fit of Rockport and have been purchasing them in all styles for years.

I have been Rockport customer for more than 10 yrs now, and have tried multiple styles. I bought these boots in winter 2014 and till today they are in very good shape, I have just changed laces. I use neutral polish once in a while. I recommend this product.

I love the boots they keep my feet dry they're just as comfortable as the Northfield shoes and they're simply excellent and comfortable.

Expectations were high (since this is a Rockport product) and were exceeded. Sizing accurate, highest comfort. Waterproofing, style, color, material, and soles as described/pictured and consistent with most prior reviews online. Will be worn everyday at indoor job. Will monitor sole durability and wear over time. Very pleased.

I am a rockportholic but this pair are the best yet

I bought these boots for my husband who is very rough on shoes, they hold up to his outdoor and indoor use and they are very comfortable!! They're his favorite boots now!!

Had to return, to large. Waiting on new boots to arrive.

These are the second pair I've owned. Exceptional boots at a great price!

Had a very similar pair of boos that are no longer in production (I think) for 7+ years. Only difference compared to these, that I can see, is the heel reinforcement and top eyelet. Loved them so much that when the sole wore down I had them re-soled with a vibram product ($75.00) and replaced the laces once. To this day they are still waterproof. The leather its self is starting wear and faid. Nothing that a little shoe polish won't fix but it is becoming a weekly chore. Don't get me wrong I love these boots but like I said 7+ years of moderat use has taken its toll on them. I can't even see what size these are and I can't remember if the 10.5 or if the 11 size fits me better. The only thing holding me back on my 2nd pair is how fast the sole wears down too fast. Keep in mind when viewing the pictures the age and amt of miles on them.

I have never been disappointed in Rockport products. So far, so good. I have read reviews that the soles wear out quickly on these, but I have only had them a few weeks, so that remains to be seen. The boots are comfortable and light, look great - no complains at this time.

I have had a pair of the Northfield Plain Toe boots in brown for a year. Got tired of looking in stores for a pair of black boots so ordered on line. Because they are waterproof they are great for rainy and snowy weather.

I've been wearing these boots almost everyday for the last two weeks. I live in NYC so I walk a couple miles a day and they've been great. I wanted something that was waterproof, comfortable, and that I could wear to work. My favorite part about these boots is that they weigh as much as a pair of regular shoes, not boots, which is great when walking a lot. They're also very comfortable and keep my feet warm outside in the cold but not so warm that they sweat indoors. There's only one problem I had. I ordered two sizes, a regular width and wide width of the same color. Problem was that the leather was softer, lighter, and more matte on the wide width than the regular width pair. I'm guessing it's poor quality control because it was a very noticeable difference. Thankfully the wide width fit me better, because the regular width just didn't feel as nice of a leather.

My second pair of dress boots, really enjoy ankle support with them, used gel cushion insert before, but this pair is just a little tight with them

Bought a few weeks ago so far so good other have complained about the sole wearing thin too fast I will see what happens. Not sure what they were doing in them but the boot feels sturdy and the heel feels good!

I just bought this for my husband and sons. It is too soon to really write a proper review. for now I can say, this boots are so soft and comfortable. I read that they wear out fairly quickly so I can't comment on that because we just got the boots.

I have been buying this boot for over 20 years. I am a letter carrier they are very light and extra comfortable

I bough a pair in brown last year and liked 'em so much I added a black pair recently. Good year round shoe - fairly water resistant and warm in winter, good enough ankle support and grip for short hikes in the woods.

Got these to be ready for El Nino. Comfortable and well made
