I have challenging foot issues (arthritis, hyperflexible joints, etc), and my go to model of Mizuno shoes got discontinued, so I've been seeking something that will work for me for a long time. When I first got these I really liked the looks and they felt okay - but lacked the extreme supportiveness I look for- particularly in the ball of the foot where I have pain and issues, but with an orthopedic insert they feel fine. I look for support and cushioning in a shoe, and with the help of an insert I found a fine solution in these. If you have no issue with the ball of your foot they will probably be fine as is.

I was really looking forward to this shoe. It has a great spring to it, which I like. Unfortunately, the tongue of the shoe is rough to the point of painful (digs into your ankle) and not cushioned. Also, the shoes felt nicely supportive for walking but I experienced achilles tendonitis running for the first time in them, only a few miles. I will need to add additional support. Overall they are stylish shoes, but not sure they were worth the price. Had I known they would not be supportive, I would have probably returned them. However some things you cannot learn until you run in the shoe!

I was looking for red, everyday athletic shoes. These looked cute. In real life, these shoes are clunkier than expected. I wonder if they are basketball shoes. They feel like running or walking shoes. The soles don't match my feet. The raised areas aren't in the right places for my feet - very unusual. They seem to be a bit short for size 10.5. I often wear size 10.0, also. I'm returning them.

Not for me. My son has a pair and the heal felt a lot softer, these felt really stiff to me. I sent them back quickly.

It was too tight at the top of my feet, which made it uncomfortable. I had to return it.

I have ordered no less than 8 pairs of OnCloud shoes for my upcoming half marathon. I put these on and immediately hated them. They are extremely narrow and run small. I am a true to size 8, not wide feet but I do pronate. I ordered the next size up and still wasn't impressed. I did see a reviewer mention they had the same issue so I ordered a men's size 7.5 and they feel so much better. I am still up in the air on the men's CloudSurfer. I have always run in Adidas Ultraboost after trying Brooks. I don't really understand the hype of these shoes to be honest - the outside of them seems cheap and I have noticed a lot of people mention how they rip after only a few months use.

I wear On Cloudflows for indoor and outdoor running and love them, but decided to order these Cloudsurfers because they seemed like they had more support. I didn't like them. I did not try running in them since that would void a return (which I ended up doing), but just in walking around my house, they didn't feel right. First, they're clunky. They look at feel bulky on my feet compared to the Cloudflows... and I guess when you're used to the sleekness of the Cloudflow, a clunky shoe makes you sad. What really ruined these shoes for me was the feel of those air bumps running all the way up the bottom of the shoe from the heel to toes - they seemed "steeper" and stiffer than the ones on the Cloudflows. They made my feet rock forward while walking in a really weird and not great way, and I didn't feel like this would translate well to running. Back to the Cloudflow for me!

I have a somewhat high arch, and I could not even put on this shoe (on either foot)! One side of the tongue is attached to the shoe and made it impossible for a sufficient opening to insert my foot. I felt like one of the ugly stepsisters in "Cinderella"! Maybe these would work for someone else. I like this brand; I own a different style of OnCloud, and they are fine. It's just this specific style that doesn't work for me...at all!

So sad these didn't work out the front tab (lounge of shoe) really hurt the top of my foot and left a bad mark on the top of my foot. Should have listened to the reviews.

This is a great looking shoe but they are so tight on the top of the forefoot. The first two rows for laces are unadjustable and fixed, so loosening the laces doesn't help at all. It seems bearable for a while, but my feet hurt when I take them off. I'm going back to Saucony or Brooks.

Returned the shoes because there was something inside the shoe, below the top of the laces, that poked the top of my foot. The shoes also felt very tight on my narrow foot.

The cushioning in these shoes felt great. However, the lacing across the top is very tight and uncomfortable. I really liked these shoes, but thought that tightness would be uncomfortable over the course of a run. If these shoes came in a wide option I would have exchanged them for a wide, even though I have never ordered a wide in any previous shoes. Returning.

The shoes fit as expected and have the moderate arch support, but they don't feel like they have great cushion within the shoe itself. The structure of the shoe with the "clouds" on the bottom do help, but when I'm on an elliptical, I don't feel like the cushioning under the ball of the foot is very good. They are very light and the style is cute. I've only used them a couple times working out, but if I had to buy another pair today for working out, I wouldn't. They're probably good enough for general use, but not great for working out. I can't imagine they'd be very comfortable for running.

These felt a half size larger than the same size Cloudster. Also, the tongue is stiff and pokes at my foot. Lightweight and good looking but I'll stick to the Cloudster for comfort.

These would be the perfect shoe, but for the fact that the toe box is not foot shaped like an Altra or Topo and so too narrow. If you have a narrow foot or don't care about not having room for your toes to spread out naturally then this is the shoe for you. Other than the toe box I felt like I was slipping into good support and did feel like I was walking on a cloud.

I don't understand the hype with this brand. I ordered women's size 8. The product that I received seemed way smaller than a women's 8. Also, poor arch support. I really wanted to like these shoes, but I will be returning for another brand.

I couldn’t even get these on my feet. The tongue is attached to the shoe so unless you have really skinny feet these just won’t do.

These shoes were beautiful, but much to small. They felt incredibly tight given the size and the width. The tongue was really lightweight and felt a little "cheap". However, the shoe was beautiful. I wish they made them in size 12.

Wasn't impressed at all with these sneakers - I was so excited to see the reviews - however I could barely get my foot in the sneaker. I usually wear a 9W and bought a 9 / these run much more narrow that any other regular 9 I have tried. They don't look as nice as in the pictures - not impressed at all.
