Narrow at first but they seem to be breaking in. Overall love them, but they’ve fit more narrow than my first two pair of On shoes.

Great fit, feel and style. I like that the heel is rounded so when I walk it feels like I'm just rolling into every step. I thought these were support but they are neutral. I inserted orthotics and still felt great

I really wanted these shoes to work because they look great. Unfortunately they run more narrow than the other On's that I've had. Wore them around the house for an hour and decided to box then up and send back. On please make then in a wide!

I wanted to like these but not worth what I paid. The shoes were not a "neutral" strike support for me. After single short use, the shoes had little heel-strike stability & support. Quickly repackaged & returned.

I really wanted to like these. They look like they would be cloud-like, but no not at all. The bottom of the shoe is hard as a rock, and even sounds like I'm walking in golf shoes. Returning.

These shoes are great. This is my 4th pair of On shoes. Very stylish and are great for football game days!

They were a gift for my father in law and he loves them! They are light, very comfortable, and look great!

The shoe fitting is perfect but width felt little narrower than the model I previously had. May be its because its brand new so may be after some runs it will expand.

Great comfort but falling apart already. For the cost they should last longer than 4mths

I am a huge fan/loyalist of On shoes and gear. I normally wear the Cloudflow but switched to the Cloudsurfer. I wasn't impressed. It's a heavier shoe (which I expected), so I wasn't immediately digging it. The big issue was hot spot city. I tried three different sock styles, 3 different lacing solutions, and three different runs, but was met with only minimal success. The only thing I could have done different was to try a half size smaller, but On's are usually true to size. I thought it would be easy to resolve by going back to my Cloudflow's, but SHAME ON ME for not reading the return policy thoroughly. I ended up dropping more dime$ on another pair of shoes. 'On' still rocks in my book, but these weren't for me.........read the return policy prior to purchasing something new for race day.

Great shoes! High comfort! A little narrow, could roll an ankle if not careful.

Ordered for my husband, and he loved them. Fit was true to size and he said the comfort was excellant.

The fit was great and the shoe was very comfortable. However, the Cloudsurfer has a little too much cushioning for me. I currently have the Cloudswift and I like them for walking around town, but I need a touch more cushioning for runs. Trying the Cloudflow next!

Between the same model I purchased last year and this purchase the shoe has been made SMALLER and I had to go up a half size. Really annoying that they CHANGE the shoe and call it the same model.

Need to break them in....Caused blisters when I first used them.

This is my 4th pair of On Running shoes but my first pair of Cloudsurfers. They look and fit great! I purchased them for more daily wear than running or exercising. I’d strongly recommend them.

Third pair for my husband. He wants to replace every 6 months for workout shoe. Loves this shoe. He is diabetic, this shoe has relieved some of the comfort issues and plantar fasciitis issues. Age 55, normal arches medium width foot. He just trades out for peace of mind that he has the support and not wrecking feet. Small cost for shoe when compared to ability to walk. I’m also an On shoe purchaser for me. Age 56, Female foot, high arches, medium width, main women’s size is 9, men’s 7.5, plantar fasciitis. On is the only show so far that has relieved this foot issue. I haven’t tried CloudSurfer yet, but favorite is CloudFlyer (2 pairs Black/White) Men’s 7.5 and Women’s 9. This is the only shoe that I ever put on in my life that was immediate comfort from the try on! Next fav is Cloudventure Peak. Men’s 7.5 (one Black/Rock and one White/Black). Peak needs a shoe horn to put foot into, will pull sock, there are no laces to open to help with putting foot into shoe. Comfort! This isn’t my first fave only because I need to take time to put on. White is stunning on and I’m not a white shoe person! This is listed as a trail runner, but there is no way I am wearing this beautiful white shoe in the mud! ANYBODY MUDDIED UP THIS SHOE AND CLEANED IT? HOW? Next, Cloudventure, Men’s 7.5 (Sand/Shadow) great fit, great color! Next, Cloudventure Waterproof men’s 7.5 two pairs (Fir, Black Graphit). A bit stiff at the start but I love that my feet stay warm and don’t get wet. They seem to mold to my feet with time. Cloud X, women’s 9, Black/Pearl, beautiful shoe! Isn’t the same cushion as others when I put on. (arch and padding) but I have only worn once. These shoes have been purchased over the past 2 years. Expensive, yes but they hold up! I ask for On Shoes for Xmas, birthday, Valentine’s Day etc.... people at work pitch in on Zappos cards because they know I want On shoes! Lucky to have friends and family to gift me! Again, small cost to keep walking. I am wearing all pairs throughout the year still; and don’t feel like any have broken down. I buy different On shoes so I can trade off shoes all week and my foot isn’t in the same exact shoe. I work out, but I’m a walker, weights, yoga; not a runner. Job has concrete floors, but I’m only on my feet approximately half the work day. Long review, these are fabulous shoes, worth the money! Top notch style!

I bought a pair of these last year and they were the most comfortable shoes I had ever owned. So disappointed with this replacement pair. It's as though they redesigned the shoe to be smaller! My toes felt compressed and the lateral aspects of my feet felt pressure. Had to sent back because the fit just isn't there anymore.

The shoes are great! I’m not sure how long the tread will last because of the looped empty areas of the tread; otherwise, extremely comfortable! Exceeded expectations!

So apparently they make these shoes in women’s and men’s. They look identical and nowhere on the app for them does it say men’s. I triple checked when ordering again. So I accidentally ordered the men’s ????. They are great looking and the women’s are fantastic! Just beware.

Perfect Fit! The feel of these shoes is amazing! Having broken my back; I need a shoe that absorbs impact and these don’t disappoint! Whether you’re running, walking, or working a shift these shoes will not let you down. You’re feet won’t be sore! They tend to mild to your feet too! They really breathe and unlike most shoes now a days, you don’t need a pricey insert!
