Wonderfully comfortable with excellent arch support. Bouncy sole. Perfect heel height. The second pair of Cobb Hill shoes. There will be many more.

I love these shoes so much I bought them in 3 colors!!! A bit of a vintage look - works well with pants or long skirts.

First of all: These are SERIOUSLY COMFORTABLE and supportive. I walked several miles in these and they are as good as my athletic shoes. I also really appreciate that I can wear normal ankle socks with these shoes--I loathe those little ballet-flat socks that never stay in place.

These shoes are extremely comfortable. I first bought the stone color and liked them so much that I bought a black pair as well. These shoes are supportive and stylish. I am very happy with this purchase.

Cute! These almost have a Victorian look to them but they're not costume-y. I got these because I wanted something that could be dressed up or down and I needed something I could walk in, and these deliver. I have a pair of boots with the same heel height by Cobb Hill, the Ashlyn, and the comfort on those is divine. The comfort of these is comparable but of course you don't get the ankle support that you'd get with a taller boot and the leather is not as butter-soft. I love the heel; you don't have to be a heel-wearing pro to pull these off because it doesn't feel unstable or too high. I agree with other reviewers that this is a normal shoelace that will show, it's not concealed as it appears to be in the photos.

These are the most comfortable shoes I have ever owned! I wanted boots that were neither flat nor high heels to take on vacation knowing you should never take new shoes on vacation. But based on previous reviews about how comfortable they were, I took a chance. I walked all over Napa and San Francisco for 5 days and never had one minute of discomfort. They are true to size. Perhaps a little frumpy but I rocked them with jeans and without apology. Would highly recommend!!!

Bought this shoe for my teenager who has wide feet, but likes style. She loves this shoe and wore it on a Boston trip, walked comfortably in it all day. She is tough on shoes, but it seems to be holding up well.

These are comfortable boots that are great with skinny jeans. I wear them a little less than I thought I would because the suede-like fabric is not good if it's wet outside, but I do love them.

This bootie is very comfortable and has a removable foot bed to insert my custom orthotic. I order a half size larger but not wider and it fits well and accommodates the orthotic. I did not need a wide width. I have purchases a lot of shoes and Cobb Hill seems to work well to manage various challenges! I am looking for other styles and would not order wide width.

I really really love these shoes! I usually wear a 10 but went down to a 9.5 on these because another pair I have from this brand is quite loose around the heels. That was a good choice, and these fit great. I don't usually wear heels, but I can walk around in these all day and be perfectly comfortable. I wear them with some half-length heel & arch-supporting inserts and that works quite well, though these also have nice arch support on their own. They go with a wide range of outfits and don't aggravate my feet as I'm recovering from plantar fasciitis.

Very cute and easy to walk in. Comfortable straight out of the box. Stone color is a nice neutral taupe. I bought half a size up and wear these with wool socks. I wear them in the rain too and the material hasn't stained or leaked through.

Really like this boot! Great color. True to size. Very comfortable. I wore them all day, without socks, no discomfort. Highly recommend.

I love these boots! I wore them all day yesterday, and they were quite comfortable (no breaking in necessary). The style is also very fashionable and flattering, especially on my size 11 feet. I'm tempted to buy a second pair in one of the other colors.

Comfort right out of the box. Perfect height heel makes extended walking an ease with a classy look. Haven't worn heels in a decade and these are more comfortable than I could have imagined. Love, love love!

I ordered these in 10W. The width was perfect. I wore these boots to a party where I had to stand for over an hour and they felt good at that the end of that time. They seem just a little wobbly when I walk, but that may be because I haven't worn heels in a long time and these have low heels.

I have a wide foot and finding boots that fit is not so easy. I have always been a big fan of Rockport shoes and these boots are wonderful, cute, fit over my wide foot. If in doubt I say give these a try.

These are SO cute. Sadly, my foot just cannot handle the heel height. It was worth a shot! Thank you Zappos for being so easy to work with for those of us who have foot issues.

These were perfect...right out of the box! Wore them on a 10-day trip to Europe and rarely had them off. Walked 10 miles in them regularly. If your foot is on the narrow side, these are the shoes for you! Great arch support. Own the black ones which are leather with a suede-type body. Booties look great with skirts,pants and skinny jeans. Considering another pair.

I love these boots with dress pants. The heel is a perfect height for work and they're extremely comfortable to walk in all day. My only concern is that I didn't realize they have a metal shank and I have to take them off to go through metal detectors at work, but that's not an issue for most people. Overall, I'm very pleased with this purchase.

This is my second pair of Rockport Cobb Hill shoes. Different styles. Both very comfortable, can walk in them all day. The color is better than shown on line. Try them you will come back!

Nice shoe but my not snug around my heel - slipped when walking.

I ordered three different brands of black booties and this was the keeper. I have extremely high arches and a wide squared off foot. These work with my arch support inserts, are wide enough both through the ball of my foot and in the toe area. They are a bit generous through the heel, but wearing regular socks takes care of that. The cut doesn't irritate my ankle bones. In terms of style they have a hint of steam punk, but not enough to be off putting for this lady of a certain age. The only off putting bit is the length of the laces which on this pair of 6.5 are much too long. Will look for a shorter pair to.

I love these booties. I ordered them in a regular width the first time and they were a little too narrow for my average feet. Ordered the wide and they are so comfortable. Lots of padding. I think they will be my favorites this winter. The heel is a perfect height to wear all day. The only negative is that the shoelaces are pretty long, so I just double tie them.
