Loved these booties. Soft & cozy, but my ankles swell and they don't look pretty hanging over the boot.

I love these shoes so much. I ordered them wide on accident, but decided to keep them because now I can wear them with some fuzzy socks under my jeans. I wore these right out of the box for a full day at the Dicken's Fair. I was super nervous to spend the whole day in these, but after trying the shoes on I didn't think it'd be a big deal. And it wasn't. I walked around the whole day and then danced the evening away. I highly recommend these boots, but only get wide if you need it. As a school teacher, these are good go-to shoes. I can walk a mile to school, walk around all day, and then walk the mile back home with minor feet achyness.

Felt great right away. The higher ankle bumps a bit into my right ankle, but that will adjust, doesn't stop me from wearing them! They're cute and a perfect height heel!

Just the style I wanted, with true fit, roomy toe box, good comfort and great construction. There is enough heel to look a little feminine, but still allow all day comfort.

Stylish and comfortable! These versatile booties look equally good with skirts, skinnies, and my growing collection of wide-leg crops. Plus, I'm a size 11, and the shape of the shoe doesn't elongate the look of my foot the way many booties do. I live in a downtown area and don't own a car; I've probably walked at least 50 miles on these shoes since I got them last year, and they are still going strong. They get a little uncomfortable at the 5-mile mark, but they're fashion boots, not hiking boots. Overall, these booties strike a great balance between looks and wearability. I stand ready and willing to buy another pair--as soon as they restock the brown in my size.

This is the most amazing boot. It's insanely comfortable, and my feet are extra sensitive. I've walked around in it 2 days in a row, and was completely fine. They're stylish, and the laces are long but don't come untied which is excellent. I also felt it had enough arch support, but I'm not super picky about that. Love, love, love!

Cute shoe and appears well made. I ordered 9 1/2 wide and it was actually too long. I may try a 9 in this shoe or look for slightly different style. It did look a little old style when actually put on.

These boots fit true to size and they were comfortable and stylish, but I had to send them back. I have a bunion on my left foot and this boot does not come in an extra wide. If you have no foot issues, I highly recommend this boot.

Very comfortable shoe. I have narrow feet so they are a little wide but the ties make them fit better. Cute.

This shoe deserves a 5-star review. My feet deserve about 2 stars. I had to return the shoe only because foot surgery makes it VERY difficult for me to find shoes with correct support. The material, construction and style are great. Wish I could keep them.

Although these shoes were very comfortable, I had to send them back. I have a bunion on my left foot which makes it hard to find a closed shoe. As far as it felt on my right foot which doesn't have any problems, it was great. I wear a 7 1/2 wide an it was very true to size.

These are Euro sized, so if you order a whole size be prepared for shoes that are more than a half size larger. I ordered the size 8, and they were marked American 8, Euro 39, which means that fit a size 8.5 comfortably. Since these are tie shoes, I was able to tighten them enough to fit securely with a thin sock, but also have the option of wearing a thicker sock, so they worked out fine. If these were pull on boots, they would have been unwearable. They are comfortable with moderate arch support but there is an odd feel to them as if the heel is too far forward. Style wise they have a 1880's retro feel with the silvered leather tabs on the tongue and back, given the look of metal, without the discomfort. They look greats with both jeans and skirts.

Very stylish bootie. I accidentally ordered a half-size too big and they fit perfectly, so I’d say they ran small. The width fit normally. Very comfortable, walked in them all day the first time out of the box.

Loveeeee these booties - I have tried several pairs now and returned all because they were either too wide in the heel or felt like they would hurt after a little walking. But these are perfect! Purchased to wear for winter interviews with bootcut slacks and they are perfect. They do have a little concho on the back that looks less professional so I will not wear them with slim pants. They are very comfortable with great support and a nice low heel. Heel is placed a little forward as some have mentioned but this didn’t bother me at all. Love the laces - they seem to help the boot stay on my heel. True to size and width (I got 6.5W). Very highly recommend!

I would have kept this shoe except there are metallic accents on the tongue and back of the heel that you don't see in the picture.

Loved everything about this bootie except the color. Stone is just an unappealing taupe type of color. Was hoping it would lean a little more to the grey side sometimes true color is hard to judge from a computer monitor. Unfortunately had to return but if it ever becomes available in grey I will be all over it. The wide width is perfect with heavy socks and the short heel is perfect for work. The leather was very soft and of excellent quality.

I ordered a 6M from Zappos in merlot; returned it because of size issues (too big) and color (imho, merlot was a weird flat dark red). I ordered the brown from the manufacturer in 5.5m ; it’s a griege, not a true brown, but a great neutral. And the fit and comfort are five star! If I didn’t already own a pair of high end designer booties in black, I’d buy these in black. Highly recommended!

The fit was just right—plenty of room in the toe and across my high instep. And these don’t look like WIDE shoes; the profile is sleek, with pretty details. Whatever Rockport’s Cobb Hill is doing, please keep it coming!

Very very comfortable for all day walking. They look a little grandmotherly but I love them anyways.

These booties are awesome. I walk relatively long distances on my commute to work, so I wanted stylish boots that handle 1-3 mile walks. These fit the bill. The cushioning feels more like a sneaker, but the slight heel and great matte black texture make it look great with pants and dresses. The functional lace up closure allows me the ability to adjust the fit (again, like a sneaker) so there’s no rubbing or blistering. I like the slight brogue detailing at the heel that gives it a modern-yet-retro look. Wish there was a bit more of the same detail at the toe or vamp. Minor compliant for what is otherwise a really cute and amazingly comfortable shoe. Love them.

I am a true 8.5 wide and the size and width are perfect! I love these shoes because I have knee problems and it is hard for me to wear heels-so these are stylish and easy to walk in at work. Look great with jeans and dress pants!

These booties are the cutest, comfiest shoes ever! Wore them right out of the box for several hours to an evening event - had no discomfort of any kind. The fit is exactly what I expected and the style is really becoming - has a bit of a nostalgic flair - got lots of compliments.

These are super comfortable. They have a tiny heel that offers a little bit of dressiness to them, but they feel like flats. As I have a bad back and heels really bother me, these are a perfect little bootie to thrown on with dresses and leggings. I ordered my normal size and I felt they ran almost a half size big. I kept them, but my feet are floating around a bit. The toes are comfortable, they don't pinch anywhere, and they hit at a good spot on the ankle. No wearing in time needed.

Like the boots very much but would rather have the boots with a combination of leather and pig skin.
