I bought these to replace my old New Balance shoes I was using on a treadmill. These blow them away. They are light, comfortable, and have good cushioning and support. I wear them all of time, not just for the treadmill. Plenty of room if you need a wide toe box, too. Definitely recommend.

Ryka is my new favorite brand! These sneakers are comfortable right out of the box. I have 3 pairs of Ryka sneakers now and very happy with them all.

Love this shoe. Is very comfortable. Great colors. I may have used half a size smaller, but can wear thick socks or an insole with these. Love the lightness, and am very happy with Zappos.

I had never heard of rykas until my little sister told me how much she loved hers. I bought the ryka ultimate and now don't want to take these shoes off. Here's why they're so comfortable--they have some "give." Just think, every time your foot hits the ground, it mashes out to a slightly larger size. In other shoes, my mashing-out toes slam into inflexible leather. By the end of the day, my bunions, my arthritic big toes, and my tender little toes are about tired of hitting hard, inflexible material, and my feet hurt. And this is in the wide size that is recommended for me. But the rykas have softer walls that give. They are just so comfortable and my feet don't hurt at the end of the day. Also, they are definitely true to size. When I bought my previous pair of shoes (New Balance), I decided to buy size 9 for the first time. I'd been buying 8.5 for years and finally accepted that I was a 9. The 9 was perfect for the NB and is also exactly right for the rykas. Only one thing to watch for--the photos of the shoes show them in very soft colors. I got the gray ultimates with turquoise and pink details. The photos show those colors fairly subdued. But the turquoise and pink are pretty neon. The shoes are still real attractive, but you need to know this.

I need wide shoes and used to be a devoted New Balance customer, but in recent years that brand seems to have gone downhill, at least for me. I was very relieved to find these Ryka shoes, which fit very comfortably, are lightweight, and pleasant looking. My heels always slip in wide shoes, but I just do the alternative lacing trick to cinch them up around the ankle and everything's great. Size and width seem accurate. I'm using these shoes for stair intervals indoors, so have no plans to wear them outside and can't speak to their long-term durability. I'm very happy to have found a replacement for New Balance.

I am a Fitness Coordinator and Instructor so I am glad I got these sneakers! I had a pair of Nike air shock and the shock literally broke off. I saw these after extended looking and ordered. True to size, width and very comfortable for my plyometrics. Thank you Ryka.

Was pleasantly surprised, they fit great right out of the box. Haven't worn Ryka in years and had been having a hard time finding sneakers that fit well. Thought I'd try them again and think I'll stick with them from now on. Love the dark grey and light grey combo, the green is soft so it can go with lots of different colors. Would buy again.

I love Ryka shoes. I usually get the right fit the first time, but these ran a little large & rubbed my foot when I walked so I ordered a half size down.
