Love this brand and the only brand I will buy. This was the first pair I would give a thumbs down. Not a comfortable running or walking shoe. Try another style.

I couldn't wait to get my new Ryka's. I was a complete fan after getting a pair of Skywalk walking shoes. I had never heard of the brand before. When I put my feet into them, it felt like walking on air. I felt like I could walk across the state. So, when I wore those down, I definitely wanted another pair of Ryka's. I am totally disappointed. I thought I was ordering something similar to what I had before, but their Ultimate Walking Shoe is NOT the same. There was an issue when they arrived because the label on the box said something different than what I ordered, but customer service said it was the right shoe. I don't know because it feels horrible on my feet. I never knew how different a shoe could feel. The design of the shoe, the comfort, and the support are totally different, even though it is suppose to be a similar walking shoe to what I had. This may dissuade me from getting another pair of Ryka's when I thought I was a fan for life.

When I first put The Ultimate Walking Shoe on I was impressed with the cushy comfort that embraced my feet. Then I went on a short walk and the insole bunched up under my arch. At first, I thought my socks had bunched up, but when I removed the shoes I saw that the insoles are VERY thin and the adhesive seemed defective. The insole was not attached and slid around, bunching up. Very uncomfortable. I have worn Rykas for many years (but not this model) and have never had an insole like this. Very disappointed that I have to return these.

I REALLY wanted to love these sneakers. They are good looking shoes, but I was just so disappointed. They fit so oddly and I did not think they were supportive at all. They made my feet and my calves throb in pain.

"Ultimate Walking Shoe"? Ultimate FAIL is more like it. I'd give this zero stars if I could. One step up from walking on bare pavement. Absolutely NO cushion in front of shoe. If you walk a considerable distance your feet will pay the price. Horrible product!

I ordered a size 11 and these were way too small to be true to size. I thankfully was able to return them but I won't be getting the exact same pair so that it doesn't happen again.

Very little ankle support. Finishing inside the shoe was poor with many sharp edges that cut through my skin.

I bought these because I read the reviews and they were really good but, one of the worst shoes I have ever bought. My shoe right shoe seem to be coming apart the back park bulged up and the side is coming ungluedthis started to happen when I first wore them but , since I bought them and did not wear them right away I cud not return them.

I am thrilled that Ryka brought back Ultimate Memory Foam Running Shoe. It is the same exact shoe that I wore for years and it still fits like a glove. It doesn't have to be broken in. For comfort and fit there is nothing else I would wear.

Cheaply made. The inner lining that is supposed to offer some sort of support is complete garbage. On my first run, the adhesive came lose and curled up under my foot.

Sadly, my Ryka experience is over. The shoes are not built for running and do not give me the foot or body support that I need. Instead they give me pain in one foot and both knees, even with the move to the wider shoe to avoid over-compression of the feet. I will not be buying Ryka running shoes again.
