nice shoe, foot fits well however top cuts into ankles so had to return.

I've had these shoes for a few years. Love them until my puppy chewed them. I bought a new pair, and they don't fit!! Too narrow.

I found these shoes to have the same issues that several others have experienced: more narrow than usual, and heels slip nearly out of the shoe. The size and width I wanted wasn't available. For the cost, I'll likely return instead of trying to make them work.

Love this shoe but it has a terrible design flaw! The elastic material will over stretch with very little stress. Spoke to a company representative and was told that I must have abused the shoe. Where I bought the shoe has a very good return policy so I had this happen on three pairs. I was sure it was just a shoe defect so I kept trying and on the third gave up. On the third set, the seam separated at the place where it stretched on other shoes. Each pair did this in the first week or two with very little wear. Love the look and the fit so it is very frustrating. I buy Munro's because of the quality so I don't mind paying this much because they last forever...just not in this case. I hope your luck is better than mine if you do try them!

Wo! My foot is narrow, but these are really narrow. Good looking, but they are going to have to go back. Not sure whether or not I should try a medium.

Great quality and style, but very small fit! both length and width. Worth the inconvenience of returns until I got it right. So difficult to find stylish footwear that is orthopedic friendly, and this fills the bill for me. This is a classic style that will wear well.

Cute shoes but strange fit. I am a straight-off-the-shelf 7 1/2 medium, always have been. I don't have any special sizing needs -- pull it off the shelf and it fits. Unfortunately, these shoes have a very odd fit. They run narrow, not a true medium width. Also, even though the length seemed perfect (I could feel my toes at just the right point in the front of the shoe), the heels were loose. I could easily put the show in and pull it off without unzipping it, which seemed strange to me. If these were inexpensive, I would have kept them for times when I'm just getting out of the car and walking right into a restaurant, but never for an occasion where there'd be any walking. Since they are somewhat pricey, back they go. Too bad. By the way, I purchased the fabric version (not the leather).

Let me start by saying I love Munro shoes and have purchased them for many years. I have always loved the fit and the quality. Unfortunately, my feelings have changed dramatically. I purchased the Munro American Taylor shoe in June 2015 and within a couple months they were unwearable. The "leather" had worn off around the heels and they look terrible. I really liked the shoe, so decided to buy a second pair in November 2015 thinking I was to blame for their condition. This time I was extra careful. Carried them to work and changed when I got there; never wearing them outside in rain/snow, etc. Within a couple months they look as bad as the first pair. In addition to the wearing off of the leather, inside the heel area has become rough (forming little balls) and has ruined several pairs of hose. Extremely disappointed that I have spent over $400.00 in a 4 month period and these shoes are ready for the dumpster. I have Munro shoes from years ago that look better than these. The quality is far less than I expect from Munro.

So disappointed in these! Was really hoping they would be comfortable. They fit, sort of. They were wide enough across the foot, but then narrowed substantially at the toes. Ouch! They are going back.
