Really cute shoe and comfortable. I have a wide foot and a narrow heel. Based on other comments, I initially sized up a half size with a wide width but I could slip the shoe on and off without unzipping. I ordered my normal size in the wide and it fits great. Just slightly loose in the heel, but perfect in the toe.

Hope my experience helps you decide...I am usually a size 8.5 M (B) and have worn the Grace boot every day for the last two winters, walking great distances in NYC without joint pain. Love them. This year I want to change it up, and the dark leopard patten adds a little texture while still functioning as a neutral. Here's what I found: - The dark pattern is great, much better than the cheesy lighter version available on some other models. If the Grace boot came in this fabric/pattern, I'd buy it immediately. - Fit - runs 1/2 size too small. It was both too short and too narrow on me. An 8.5W is too wide. The 9's are best, though I will have to put a pad in the left shoe to keep my foot/heel from moving around too much. Hoping/assuming fabric won't stretch too much. A bit disappointing, given price and my prior excellent experience with the brand, but honestly, they are so cute on and if they end up being as durable as Grace it's worth it. Lastly, looks like the leopard pattern is not broadly available so snap it up while you can.

I really wanted to love these shoes and was excited for their arrival. When the UPS driver delivered the package I quickly opened the package hoping to ohh and ahhh over my new shoes. Unfortunately when I opened the package I discovered a post it note that indicated that the seam on the shoes had split within 3 hours of wearing them. Now sometimes you do get bad manufacturing and an every once in awhile occurrence is tolerable, but in this case Zappos should have inspected the returned merchandise and removed it from stock (especially since the prior customer posted a review with this information) instead of just shipping it to the next client.

I normally wear a 7.5 - tried that and tried an 8, and it was still too short. I couldn't go any longer than that and still have it fit my shorter foot. (We all have one of those, don't we?)

I love Munro shoes and this boot was perfect. I ordered a M and a W width in a size 5 but kept the W width. It is comfortable right out of the box. The heel is perfect at 2 inches. Love it!

Sharp little shoe booties with a just the right amount of lift. Stylish and comfortable with a not too high heal. Could be dressed up or worn every day! Available in hard wide widths. If you hate the hassle of high boots, pick these.

They are very comfortable and feel like a shoe I can wear all day and walk a ways in too. I like the style and heel height - fashionable and wearable.

Awesome shoe! I wore two pair of Munroe "Tatums" into the ground wearing them every day to work. These are just as comfortable and attractive. I have wide feet with bunions and it's hard to find anything stylish that's comfortable all day long. I buy a 7 WW and I can place m orthotics and a ball-of-foot pad in them to keep from slipping too far forward. These look sharp and professional with dress slacks and cute with jeans. Well worth the price for as many wearings as I know I will get out of them.

Classy shoe. Sizing is off. I wear 8N. After reading reviews that it ran small, I got 8 1/2 N. Length was good but the shoe was tight at the opening. The 8 1/2 M was far too loose around the heel and ankle.

I have problems with my feet and these are very comfortable. I have always had trouble finding cute heals that would actually be comfortable but these really work for me!

not what I expected

Beautiful shoe/ bootie - fine, soft leather; well made and very versatile style. Can be casual or a bit dressy. Super comfortable, which is what you'd expect from Munro shoes.

This is the second pair I have bought of this style. I usually wear a 8 but a 7.5 wide was perfect. The narrow toe was too tight on an 8. These shoes are super comfortable and stylish.

I just ordered & received this shoe last week & love it!!! I like a shoe with a little heel but that is comfortable and stylish. This is my go-to shoe! It works with skirts, slacks, and jeans Very comfortable. I normally wear a 7.5 and from other reviews stating this ran a 1/2 size small,I ordered an 8 and it is perfect! and they are made in America!

These shoes run small - both narrow and short. I normally wear a size 6M, but Zappos did not have a 6.5M, so I ordered both a 6M and 6W. The 6M was too small, and the 6W was too wide. Fortunately, I was able to get a 6.5M from another vendor, and they fit perfectly and are very comfortable. So, if you order these shoes, be sure to order a 1/2 size larger than what you normally wear and you will be very pleased.

I've been wearing Munro for years. They last forever and are so comfortable. These are particularly great because they come up high so socks or knee highs hardly show; smooth look. They look great with every pair of pants and even skirts. Heel is perfect height and size is true. You won't be disappointed.

I love the look and feel of these stretch booties...however, they are very narrow at the front of the shoe across the base of toes. I wanted to reorder in a wide, but they are out of stock...I will keep trying to find!

This was a very comfortable shoe right out of the box. I have a wide foot, and the 7.5 WW fit perfectly. I wear them with pants - I don't think I'd wear them with a skirt. Comfortable with thin socks or hose. Great heel height - visited a museum and walked a lot without back or foot issues. Good quality construction and materials.

I find Munro American a wonderful brand for me. I wear a 9 AA and have bought many different styles. A few did not fit well and I sent them back but most did. This style is similar to CINDI which I love, but Taylor is a shoe boot. I wore it immediately and forgot I was wearing shoes, which is how I feel with all the styles I have kept. I have disposed of some of my other brands which cluttered my closet because I would never wear them again after my Munro experience. They are expensive but worth every penny!

I love these shoes. I am a 6.5 but went up to a 7 as one foot was tight near the toe. When getting the right fit, the shoes are so comfortable and gorgeous. I walked all over NYC in them and my feet were great. I have strangers tell me that they love my shoes. They are perfect for pants and great with skirts and dresses.
