This is a very attractive, well-made Huarache-style shoe but it just isn’t made for my long, skinny, arthritic feet! The length was fine for my size 11N foot, but the upper didn’t “embrace” the top of my foot enough to feel secure when walking. The shoe has a quality footbed and sole, although not enough arch support for my high arches. The woven leather uppers were good, comfortable quality and I’m sure would soften nicely after being worn for a while but my 70-something feet need more cushioning from the footbed. The rust tan color is very attractive and a great neutral that will go with everything.

After reading all of the reviews, I bought this in two colors in two sizes. It’s odd to say, but everyone who wrote a review is right. It is too small and too big, too narrow and too wide. Very uncomfortable and supremely comfortable! You have to expect to Break in these shoes! The pair that I thought was too small and might have to return is actually working out perfectly now. And the pair that I therefore thought would be too big and would have to return similarly is working out perfectly! The soul and insole are so much more comfortable than the leather huarache insoles I’ve had in the past. I’ve tried these on with some skirts and light summer dresses and I think they’re just perfect. I’m glad I took a chance and I’m glad that I allowed myself the time to break them in before I tried wearing them anywhere else.

I can't shoe my toes so these are a great casual and lightweight substitute for an open toe sandal.

I want to love these. Perfect idea for a walkable, closed toe sandle for summer. Something about the fit for me is off, but I have problem feet. Comfortable, though.

These were nice, one shoe was a little small and the other was just right. I mean it was hanging off a little. I didn’t want to risk waiting for it to stretch.

It took 3 tries to finally get the true fit size - 1 and 1/2 sizes UP they finally fit right. Width is good, comfortable at last.

I ordered up half a size because I read the reviews about it running small and it ended up fitting perfectly. They're super comfortable and took very little breaking in. I'm so glad I purchased them as they're a super versatile sandal for summertime.

Soft leather feels like a slipper

They are of good quality but my old feet didn't fit into them.

These shoes are so comfortable and true to size. The width is perfect and the shoes felt great to walk in all day right after taking them out of the box.

I really like this shoe (only I need a larger size), but with my injured hands/arm I cannot do the buckle. I'll need to get a shoe with velcro straps.

This shoe is well made and fits true to my size 7.5. Fits snug but comfortable. Heavy leather but not hard. I have bunions on both feet small toe and thought some pinching to be expected before the leather stretches but have not experienced that yet. Leather confirms to my feet and gives as I walk. Strap stays in place and I just slip my feet in. Very stylish and unusual leather work that gets notices with compliments when I wear them. Im loving these shoes.

I love this sandal. I wanted a fashionable closed toe sandal and this is perfect. So comfortable.

Love thus for a summer shoe.

Very comfortable, and easy to wear in the summertime. Give your feet a little more protection than do regular sandals; but more open and airy than shoes. A style in-between sandals and shoes.

Nice sandal but felt a bit short. I'll order a half size larger

Very nice-looking shoe but way too short for a size 8. Toes jammed into toe of shoe. Especially big toe. Had to return. Sad they did not fit.

Finally!! They fit!! I have bunions that can't be corrected and one foot is much wider than the other. I have been wearing men's sandals with velcro tops. These were the solution! The sling back style and open weave of the shoe adjusts to my misfit feet. Now I need to find a dressy shoe. If you are having a similar issue, try these. I have always loved this huarache style shoe.

I love these shoes. Very attractive. They were short, my heel was over the back. I reordered 1/2 size larger -- 7 1/2W instead of my usual 7W. Hope 1/2 size was large enough.

The shoes felt a little stiff when I first put them on. I have been wearing them around the house and now they feel really good on. They look very nice too, and will be good to wear with shorts or slacks. I have wanted this style shoe for years, and am pleased they now come in narrow sizes.
