The shoe was marked an 8.5 M but it was even too small for a friend who wears a size 7.5 shoe. It was more like a size 6.5 or a 7 shoe. Was this a fluke or are they all so small?

I loved the style of these shoes. However, they felt a little tight and the left shoe had a thickness where it was sewed together on the inside, right, that dug into my foot and was extremely painful. If it weren’t for that, I would have kept them because I think the leather straps would have stretched after being worn awhile.

The fit was too wide from toe area to heel. Could put several fingers beside foot in sides.

The fit was fine and I love the shoes, but they are EXTREMELY uncomfortable. The leather weave rubs against my feet and it's painful. I've had other leather weave sandals in the past but never had a problem.

Too small to fit comfortably

This is a cheaply made shoe. The leather is poor quality, and the sizing is way off. Don't waste your money.

The sandals were soooo wide my foot flopped around. Very disappointed cuz I brought 2 pairs.

I didn't like these in "person". Both the color and the fit were not good. I exchanged them for a 1/2 size bigger and a wide width instead of a medium, but then they were too big.

I have a medium to narrow foot and these medium width shoes were too narrow.

These are narrow. I ordered a wide width and couldn’t fit my foot into it.

These were not for me! The leather is stiff and was painful on my bunions. I have wide feet, but these were sloppy wide.

I couldn't even get the straps to close!

Was too short. Could not get on my foot. Need at least 1/2 or 1 size larger.

They fit true to size however the material was very stiff and uncomfortable, I would not want to wear these more than 20-seconds. Need softer inner material.

I did not get the shoes. They are nowhere to be found. What happened>

I ordered a half size bigger than my usual size in Clarks shoes and I had no room in the toe box. Back of the shoe was barely to the edge of my heel, so no wiggle room on the length. Width would have been great, but couldn't keep them due to length being so off.

I bought this before - same size, fit fine. This pair is too small.

I returned my original purchase intending to exchange it for the same style, same size, just medium instead of narrow. I very quickly received another pair of shoes - HOWEVER - although the shoes were very attractive, they were VERY small and a totally differenct style. I returned both pairs on Monday, June 13, 2022 via UPS and look forward to receiving credit to my account for both pair. Thank you.

The shoes fit. However, they are constructed with a thick, unyielding strap that wraps around the heel and buckles on the outside of the shoe. The placement of the strap irritates my feet. I've worn huaraches for years and never had this issue but the construction on this pair isn't the same as any I've previously worn.

I ordered my usual size, 8M, but these were noticeably shorter and narrower than my other 8M flats. I measured them and the 8M I received was 1/2" shorter and 1/4" narrower than my own 8M flats. Also, very inflexible sole. So I returned them and was persuaded to get the next larger size, 8 1/2 M. They arrived yesterday and are the same measurements as the 8M I received the first time! I think there's a quality control problem there. Back they'll go! So disappointed! The style was just what I wanted for summer.

I will be returning these shoes. They are stiff, rough and very uncomfortable. Material isn't comfortable.

not a good experience! i received the wrong size. I requested a size 6 and I received a size 5.5!

A little bit on the short side and not at all comfortable (stiff leather).

I have worn Soft Spots before but this 6.5 look and fit like a child's size. I ordered a size larger and hope it will fit.

This is my first negative review. They had been worn-buckle holes were subjected to many try ons. Very rough inside.
