BEAUTIFUL shoe!!! Excellent craftsmanship. The reviews, however, are right. The shoe itself was long enough, but the toe box tapered too much, unless one has extremely thin [not narrow, THIN!] toes. The overall fit was too good to merit trying the next half-size up. My normal size is 8.5 narrow. I ordered the 9 M but could not "make it work." Am very sadly returning.

This is a good-looking summer shoe which I would like to wear but unfortunately it cannot support my problematic arch and ankle problems. I returned them with regret.

As others have said, this hurrache runs VERY small. I usually wear an 8 in sandals, but ended up with a 9 in these. Once I found the right size, I wore them in around the house for several hours to make sure the leather would mold and stretch to fit my feet, and ever since, they've been super comfortable to wear. These will be staples in my summer shoe wardrobe this year!

The style, color, size, and width of the Comfortiva Tobago was just want I wanted. BUT the top of the shoe pressed down on my big toes. The depth on the remainder of the shoe was quite roomy.

These are really comfortable although the straps take a bit to get used to at first.

This runs small. I have the identical shoe that I purchased a number of years ago, and so I ordered the exact same size, yet there is a difference in length. I attempted to re-order a size larger, and it is not in stock. This was a disappointment!

Cute shoe and good company to deal with. Love their free shipping & returns policy. It took me a couple tries to get the right size but this was no problem at all. I usually take an 8 or 8-1/2 W but with this shoe I needed a 9 W. The 9 is long enough but the W is just a little tight. It feels like it may stretch out over time though. I tried the WW but it was too wide. I wanted something a little dressy but yet still casual and this shoe works. It is comfortable enough to wear out for a few hours but I don't think I would want to do a lot of walking in it.

This shoe is really cute and comfortable, but it tends to run short. I wear an 11, but it just needs to be longer and narrower. Sending it back.

A nicely made shoe which definitely ran smaller than my usual size 7 medium in both length and width. I did order a half size larger based on previous reviews and am glad that I did. The width is kind of snug. They feel like they will be a comfortable walking shoe as long as the narrowness doesn't become an issue. I hope so.

Although these were exactly the type of shoes I was looking for, reviews here are accurate. They tend to slip at the heel - even with the adjustable strap - and they rub the tops of the toes which would likely cause blisters pretty quickly. I love the look and the neutral color, but they have to go back since they also need to be comfortable.

These are on the verge of being lame, but look darling with a colorful outfit. I bought them because they remind me of similar sandals I had as a kid in the '80s.

I like the scalloped top edge of this shoe, and the way the woven leather gives with my foot, but the stiff leather takes time to get used to. Not happy that the heel strap doesn't have one extra hole for tightening it, so it fits just a bit loose on my foot, and as time passes, the leather will stretch, so it will need more holes for tightening. Wish the foot bed had more of a "cradle" to it rather than flat. that would help.

Love the look of these and the fact that they have a heel strap I can adjust for my narrow heel. Ordered a 1/2 size up as suggested but will have to reorder a med. width as the wide is too much.

These are typical of this style and quite comfortable. They seem to run a little large and are a little stiff but I think they are relaxing a bit as they are worn.

I have a narrow foot and had a hard time finding navy sandals that fit. While these aren't my favorites, style-wise, they are okay and at least they fit. Thanks to Zappos for their generous no-charge returns, I finally found a style I can wear!

I really needed a size 10.5 narrow. The front part of the shoe was too wide. I knew the size 11 would be huge.

Like the style but size runs really small. I got an 8 and probably a 9.5 would have been a better fit.

The toe part narrow

The shoes are great but they have an odor that will not leave. It smelled up my entire bedroom. I have had them on my porch for3 days now, and the odor persists. I am aware that leather has an odor but this is not that leather smell. Any suggestions on what to do.

I ordered these sandals in a WIDE width...could not even get my foot into the top of the sandal even though I also ordered a half size larger than my normal size.

I have a wide, high volume foot (high arch & instep) usual sandal size 7D. I size up half a size for boots and shoes that come up to or over the instep, so I did that here. The 7.5W fit well in length and width. However, the stiff leather strap constantly slipped off my heel with every step. When I tightened the strap to stop the slipping it pushed my foot down into the shoe, causing the hard woven leather to press down on my big toe firmly enough to cause soreness. This happened on both feet. The shoes are really cute, but they hurt so they have to go back.

The fit and size were perfect, but the leather was rough and if I were wearing them without socks or stockings they were painful.

Sizing seems off. I usually wear mostly 7.5 and sometimes 7. I ordered a 7.5 and could barely get them on. SIZE UP is my tip. Had to return
