sizing off compared to my other pair of Dansko

Have been wearing Dansko clogs for years. But in this style the left shoe was too large/loose while the right shoe was too tight. Was not aware of such large discrepancy of my feet!

I bought these four months ago and normally love Danskos. Recently, some sort of metal piece has popped up in the footbed on both shoes, resulting in blisters. I just contacted customer service and had a fantastic experience (shout out to Trinity!)! I did not have my customer service number, but she located my order with my email, refunded me the cost, and I did not even have to return the shoes. Best customer service ever! I will spread the word about your great company!

I have been wearing Dansko clogs for the last six years now, and I really love them. But not this specific pair or model. The insoles of the clogs were one shorter than the other, the left one was glued only half way. The chemical smell of the insoles - I just could not stand it. I tried to air it out, but it never went away. Comfort wise they were as comfortable as always, arch support amazing. But the quality and craftsmanship was very poor. Maybe it was a simply defective pair. I will try another model.

Shoes were great, however after 3 shifts an internal clicking noise has started on one of the shoes that is driving me insane! It sounds like wood clicking. Hopefully will be able to exchange due to defect.

I returned them. I have been buying Dansko clogs for over 10 years. Same style, same size. I purchased the Pro XP and my usual size is way too big, both width and length. I am returning them to try a size down. Not sure why they needed to change a good thing!
