I purchased a pair of these elsewhere. They were comfortable and looked great, but they offered so little horizontal "roll" support that at first it hurt my ankles to wear them for long. Eventually, my feet got used to them and they became my favorite shoes. Then I wore them out, so I decided to order another pair. The tag inside gives the style number and size, but not the width. I guessed at the wider option, since that is what I usually get. These are much bigger all 'round. They are more like house slippers than shoes. The odd thing is, they are still the most comfortable shoes I own, so I'm keeping them.

I've already done this once before, and though I normally don't wrote "reviews", this stuff merits it, again: These shoes turned out to be exactly what I wanted/needed, after the Zappoites first guided me to something else but I found, when it arrived (exactly as promised) that the fit was wrong. I went to Zappoland again to get return instructions, but they (there were several people involved in the process, each at least as good as the one before) went further, and took the time to navigate me to these Skechers and then, to the right size. Few are they, the people who live up to their on-line hype about service and smiley-faced attitude and willingness to help, but this whole crew nailed it, over and over again. They (Zappos) even went so far as to (a) credit me for the first purchase and (b) ship the replacement instantaneously, well before I had time to get the returned stuff in their hands. Stay with them. They're great.

Nice shoe, but too long. Will be trying a half size smaller.
