Zappo's...you all rock! You have a great team! I bought a similar pair of shoes but every step it sounded like a frog, I gave the shoe a great comfort/style review but 1 stared it since it sounded like a ribbit every step. And some might say not a big deal, I work at a University hospital, technology support...80,000 ribbit's a week is really annoying. But my calves look amazing! Zappo's actually refunded me for those shoes without me asking. I'm done. This is my go to shoe store forever, their customer support team is amazing. I really didn't ask for a refund, I just figured I'd sound like a frog for a year till I needed a new pair of shoes. Zappo's customer service contacted me! Holy S@#T...a website/blank face that cares? Apparently they do...I'm seriously done. I'll still price check, I'm sure if I found something that was a few bucks cheaper they'd match but why, I am happy paying a couple dollars more for the amazing customer support I received. And to make it even better, I didn't have to ship the froggy shoes back and yes I did donate them to a homeless shelter as they recommended. Back to these shoes...they have over 80,000 "steps" more than 40 miles and feel great! Sketchers, you need to give Zappo's a big high five! Once my kids stop growing I'll be buying their shoes through you all as well, my 16 year old is already a middle aged man wearing new balance LOL! Nike for the 14 year old but as much as I walk Sketchers are great and the discrete black is nice. Thank you Zappo's customer service! (Sketchers...nice shoes!) PS...ya'll have the details from my email exchanges, give those customer support rep's that reached out to me and replied to me a raise, they deserve it!
