Very comfortable, fit is true to size and there's no breaking in period. I've been trying to find comfortable shoes for years and these were well worth the money.

It is very rare a pair of shoes is comfortable right out of the box. This is one of those times! I don't want to take them off. They are perfect for me in every way.

I have been wearing Dansko clogs for several years. They have become too stiff feeling to me now. I tried these and love them. MUCH more comfortable.

These are awesome! I have bad feet and heel pain and could no longer wear my pretty Dansko's to work. These work for me and the heel padding and insole are spot on. My special insoles will still fit in these if I wished to swap out with the originals. Thank you Dansko for FINALLY making that possible.

These may be the perfect Danskos. While the toe box might be ever so slightly narrower, and it might run a little big (I always wear a 40 and had to get a 39 instead), I love being able to slip these on and run out the door at our farm, no matter the weather. They wear beautifully and seem to stay clean. The vibram soles are great. Loved these shoes so much I gave my mother the size 40s I ordered (she usually wears a 41). She called the other day to tell me they were her favorite shoe ever.

I bought these shoes for a trip to Paris and India and let me tell you they fit the bill! I love Dansko but the regular clogs are just too iffy for cobblestone and dirt streets. These shoes have the same comfort. I have looked forever for the perfect travel shoe (Zappos can attest to that!) and I have finally found it! I have to say that these shoes to run a bit warm so they wouldn't be great for a hot summer trip but other than that they are awesome!

I love these shoes! Dansko has always been a favorite, but I like that these are lighter and casually cute. They are also water resistant, which is a plus. The fit is good and true to Dansko sizing. This color is also very nice.

Fractured my 5th metatarsal, nice stiff sole on these shoes, great for narrow feet. Other Danskos I tried were way too wide. Wish they cam in Spring colors.

These are the most comfortable shoes I have ever owned. They are light weight and have wonderful arch support. I have a narrow food 10N and finding shoes that are stylish and comfortable. I put these up there with the comfort of my sneakers.

These are delicious! I'm a huge Dansko fan. These are not heavy like the clog but still provide the same support. I found them to be true to size to their regular clogs. I have wide feet and these fit great. I like that these are lower than the usual clogs so better for uneven terrain. I"m excited to try these out on my upcoming trip to India. They do run a bit "warm" so might not be great for hotter weather but that's when I break out the Dankso sandals anyway. Oh and Zappos? Can't say enough wonderful things about this company! Excellent customer service and such a great return/exchange policy. I've been a customer for years and I rarely buy shoes anywhere else! <3 <3 <3

I have worn the Dansko Professionals for a number of years and really liked them, but I was ready for a change and I like the styling of the Celeste. The Dansko Celestes were comfortable right out of the box. I have high arches and the footbed conforms to my foot. That the Celeste is waterproof was an added plus for Ohio winters. These are now my go-to shoes.

Love these shoes. Since Danskos can sometimes not have much padding inside these shoes were a great a comfortable surprise. So glad I bought them.

Wonderful shoes! Extremely comfortable and supportive. I'm on my feet all day and I'm not the least bit tired at the end of the day when I wear these shoes. Great purchase!

I love these but had to return them. I have not bought Danskos for several years because they hurt my right knee. I hoped these would fit better but I found that my right foot was moving around too much, the arch support was slightly off, so I would rather return them then damage my knee further. They are beautifully made, worth every penny, I only wish I could keep them. Had to go up to a 39 (I usually do in this brand) and it is just off. Years ago this brand was the best fit for me. But do try them - if they are comfortable for you, you will be getting great shoes. They are stylish and waterproof.

I love these Danskos! I have worn Dansko clogs open and closed back since mid nineties when I bought my first pair. But, I never knew Dansko made the Celeste until I recently reviewed the selection at Zappos. I have happily worn a similar style by Merrell the past two years and did not like their latest version of the shoe. So I was delighted to see this style and when I put them on, it was a Yes! Great look, reliable Dansko fit and comfort no break in time required. I strongly recommend. I wear a 41 in the clog and the 41 was just right in Celeste. Better support than my Merrells and more attractive on my feet. So happy Dansko offers this winning style! They are great with jeans, or dress casual. Comfortable for walking and moderate hiking.

These waterproof Dansko shoes are amazing! They fit perfectly, have wonderful arch support, and are incredibly comfortable. I'm not one who usually raves about shoes, but these deserve it!

This is a great winter shoe! Warm, waterproof, and sturdy it is everything I was looking for to replace my old Coumbia clogs. I was more than impressed with how comfortable this shoe is. I love my other Danskos, but this model beats them all!

I love these shoes. The footbed feels like I am walking on a cloud the whole day. I wear them as barn shoes and an thrilled I can now wear Dansko again without continually rolling my ankle like I did in the professional clogs.

I have a high arch which has prevented me from keeping Danskos that I have ordered in the past (the top of my foot is just too high). The little bit of elastic on these has made all the difference. They are super comfy and are wonderful to slip on for days where you'll be on your feet a ton or just going on a dog walk.

These are unbelievably comfortable from the first second I put them on. It's like they were custom made for my feet. They are soft, very comfortable and fashionable all at the same time. I have osteoarthritis in my knees and it's imperative I wear a good shoe and I found the best in these! Course I did go through 8 pairs of shoes and returned them until these arrived and I was sold!

These are so comfy, waterproof and kinda cute with skinny jeans. Love them. Biggest thing is that I have a horrible bunion and both the right and left shoes feel good.

Not a very attractive shoe but I was looking for a comfortable causal shoe to wear instead of sneakers. Dansko is my go to brand because of back problems and the support they offer.

I need shoes with good support and stability, and more of a hiking tread for stability outdoors in Fall, Winter & Spring in the great Northeast. I liked the shoe, and was so hoping I could wear it. I have painful foot problems, degenerating cartilage, arthritis, from previous fractures. The "Celeste" I ordered was sz. 38, and I usually wear a 7.5 med. shoe, and an 8.0 in a sneaker or hiker. The size 38 was the right one for me. When I tried the shoes on, they felt a little narrow, length was good. The inner sides of my feet hurt from the stiff leather sides of the shoes; but that is due to my foot problems and where the leather happened to touch my foot.. I'm sure that a few years back, these would have been fine for me. The insole was comfortable, and had a good arch support. I would compare them to a Merrell slip on shoe, only with a bit more stability.

Other reviewers had noted that the toe box was rather narrow, however some reviewers loved these shoes, They do not slip on my heel and are very well made. Sadly, I fit in with the people who felt the toe box was too narrow and have to return.
