everything about this boot is amazing only I can't get it on my foot. They sewed a piece of leather into the zipper backing that makes your ability to open up the boot and slide your foot in super hard. I wear a size 11/12 and although I'm confident the boot will fit if I got it on, I cant get it through the ankle opening. I am irked to say the least. I'm going to try the 12 now and have it stretched out and possibly take a chance and cut that piece of leather. UGH.

would have liked wearing these this winter but tried 2 sizes and was too narrow and kept hitting my left small toe.

Ill fitting. the zip goes all the way down but there is material inside the bottom part of the zipper, and that makes it supper hard to get my wide feet in it and i ordered my size which is the same that i ordered before.

Would like to give zero star rating if possible for quality control. Ordered Simmens Leather boot size 10. They run way too big, returned them to try 9.5 size. Received a defective pair with crooked label stitching and fuzz and pilling inside lining. Returned the 9.5 and they sent me another defective pair boots this time with a hole in the stitching on the top of the boot. Love the style but but I haven't received a pair yet without a defect.

I was disappointed, it looked different on line, too flat, ugg logo out of place. It gave it a cheap look, not worth that price,a definitely sent back.

I returned the boots. they were not the quality i would expect from Ugg. The lining was thin and not the same quality as the other ugg products i own. The stitching was shoddy and the leather looked like plastic.

These boots are even cuter in real life. I was so excited to receive them in the mail. Unfortunately, when I did, I couldn't even get them on. I'm a size 11 and have several pairs of Uggs in several different styles and they all fit. Even when I hold the Simmens up to my foot, it looks like it will fit my foot. The problem is that no matter how much I tried I couldn't get my heel past the narrow foot opening. My feet tend to be on the wide side, so I had my mom (a size 10 with very narrow feet) try on my size 11 boots and she couldn't get them on either, and she works at Uggs, so she's kind of an expert on their sizing and she knows all the tricks to get stubborn boots on, but these wouldn't budge. I was so excited to wear these on Christmas day (they're so soft inside and waterproof too!), but now I have to ship them back and try something else. I highly suggest trying these on before buying.
