I have a narrow foot and was really disappointed that my foot couldn't go thru the shaft of the boot.

I have to send it back

Too small not like sizing in other uggs

I've been wearing uggs since they first came out. I've had many styles and have always been pleased. These boots looked so cute online and appeared to be just what I was looking for..... until I took them out of the box. They are way too small even after I ordered a size bigger than I normally wear. The boot seemed flimsy and almost like a kids shoe. They were not at all what I was expecting to get! I'm very sad about this.

Boot is super cute and all but the size is inconsistent. I wear 6 on classic uggs and these were way too small. Had to return :(

I literally couldn't get this shoe on my foot... it doesn't unzip far enough, even for someone with a narrow foot and toothpick legs.

Loved everything about the shoe when it arrived, just the kind of all weather boot I needed with the chic style for work and play. However I could not get my foot in the boot. I wear a size 7-7 1/2 and would say my foot is not thin, but I have never had to buy shoes in "wide" before. So I bought a size 8 to be safe and I could not get my foot in at all! very sad I had to return the boots.

Could not even get my foot in the boot. They were not at all what I was expecting. Very disappointed.

The boot looked nothing like the online picture and I returned them immediately.

Don't buy from Ugg, u'll be sorry!

I had a difficult time putting my foot into the boot. Very tight for someone with high arch. I only wore it to work and home from work -- it rubbed on my ankle bone so bad I had a painful blister on my ankle bone. I have to find out how to "return the boots".

These boots felt amazing! They kept my feet warm and super comfortable. I wore them one night and they came unglued where the boot bends. I returned them and bought a different pair. Soo sad because nothing can compare to the comfort of that boot. I am thinking about purchasing them again and hoping that it was just a defect in that pair.

I was so excited to receive my boots! When I put them on the right foot was swimming. I called customer service and waited on line for 30 min with no pick up but with a promise in 2 min my call would be answered. I called the next day and again I was told my call would be answered in 2 min.. After 20 min no response. The following day a woman answered the phone chewing gum and told me it was a recall so just return the boots. I have and will not purchase anything else from the company.

I have ordered many UGG Boots and slippers on-line before and have never had a problem with sizing before. This boot was too small for the bridge of my foot to actually fit in to the boot. Weird. I think that if the zipper was placed lower, this problem wouldn't have happened.

Besides being an uncomfortable fit, even though they say waterproof, they did not seem like a durable winter/snow boot for where I live (Northeast)

Zappos has clearly decided to sell the lower quality factory versions of all the high-end brand shoes, including UGG, Keen, Teva, Ecco, etc; for last few years, every time we order a name brand shoe, they don't fit right, and it's clearly a factory quality control issue, not a size issue. I know that at good shoe stores, the exact same shoe is coming from the higher level quality control factories. What a shame.

everything about this boot is amazing only I can't get it on my foot. They sewed a piece of leather into the zipper backing that makes your ability to open up the boot and slide your foot in super hard. I wear a size 11/12 and although I'm confident the boot will fit if I got it on, I cant get it through the ankle opening. I am irked to say the least. I'm going to try the 12 now and have it stretched out and possibly take a chance and cut that piece of leather. UGH.

Too narrow and the zipper doesn't allow the boot to open wide enough for a foot to get in

would have liked wearing these this winter but tried 2 sizes and was too narrow and kept hitting my left small toe.

Ill fitting. the zip goes all the way down but there is material inside the bottom part of the zipper, and that makes it supper hard to get my wide feet in it and i ordered my size which is the same that i ordered before.
