So based on previous Ugg tries I knew to buy 1/2 size up from my "normal" size, which gave me a good fit. The shoe was warm and comfy right out of the box as far as the potential for blisters, rubbing, and stiffness goes. Where is lacked majorly was in the padding and arch department. After wearing around the house my heels began to hurt, and a look into the shoe revealed a plush wool footbed that lacked actual foam padding (it was very thin) and had no arch (it was completely flat, I couldn't feel any arch at all). Maybe for some people this works as an all day comfortable shoe, but for someone who has heel pain or needs arch support you might need another insole or shoe all together. I do think that if you don't need much cushion or arch, these would be a great boot. I was hoping for a boot I could walk in and wear all day, but for me these weren't it and I've returned. I do have a pair of Teva delavina low boots, and these are much better on insole padding and arch support. They aren't quite as cute, which is why I wanted to try the Uggs, but they make up for it in comfort and have a similar enough look. Zappos is so great about returns and now getting shoes to me in 1-2 days to try, so if you like them, try them and see if they work for you. If not,

These are cute, and I wanted them to work, but they were definitely too narrow and small for me. I went with a half size up to try and accomodate my wider foot, but it was still too small. I had a hard time getting my feet in. Too bad! Reviews said they were comfortable, but I didn't get to wear them around.

i was so excited to get these but they are way too small. i am a size 9 for about 99% of shoes. so this was a disappointment. the boot looks nice enough.

These are cute and so warm, but they felt too stiff and tight on my ankles/calves, with no give when I was going up/down stairs; I prefer something looser. They were also too narrow on my feet. I would suggest going up a 1/2 size, but I will not be exchanging, as I found something else that worked better for me.

I was really disappointed by these boots. There isn't much fur, They're narrow, and the split on the side makes my jeans come out of the boot. Most importantly, the pebbly leather looks a looks cheap - not nearly as nice as some of its competitors.

Cute but didn't feel well constructed. At least a half size smaller than marked. This was a send back.

I agree with others who say that this was too narrow. I usually wear an 8½ with room to wriggle around, and I ordered an 8½ and a 9 for comparison. The 8½ was too narrow (my ankles were rolling because my entire foot was not able to get supported from the sole) but fit fine lengthwise. Standing/walking hurt my arches because they just didn't have enough support. The 9 was wide enough but a little too long lengthwise, so my heels slipped out every time I took a step. I would have kept them if they fit well, but to be honest I am glad that I am returning them. I did not like how the toes had a shiny leather while the rest of the shoe was covered in a matte leather. That looked really strange.

I love the comfort of my uggs so when I saw these waterproof boots I was sold. They are very cute, they looked a little more like a rubber rain boot than leather but still cute. I had no trouble getting them on or zipping them. They are definitely more narrow than regular Uggs but that still worked for me (I had plenty of room in the length so sizing up would not have worked). The problem for me was with the zipper. Once I zipped the boots the zipper bent inwards toward my ankle in a very uncomfortable way. The shaft was not tight but the indent hurt. I tried both with and without socks (without socks is extremely scratchy) but the zipper still hurt. I am going on trip where I will be walking a lot and comfort is a priority, so these sadly won't do. I considered keeping them anyway but they are too uncomfortable.

I love the look of these and they are moderately comfortable. I was hoping to feel that great soft, comfy, and cozy feeling your normally feel when putting on other Ugg shoes/sandals I have purchased in the past. At such an expensive price I think it should have more comfort than what they do have!

I love Uggs and I'm not into these boots. I read the reviews, I watched the videos, I compared them to other boots that were similar, and I have to say that when I received them I was disappointed. The shearling is only on the footbed and the top cuff of the boot. The shaft of the boot is oddly tight and then poofs out at the top where the shearling is, so it feels cramped. For a lot of money, I also felt these looked rougher than anticipated. They definitely come "distressed." I bought them right before a trip and had to wear them out, otherwise I would have returned them.

I saw these boots online and I thought they were super cute! I have a few pairs of the classic Uggs, but I loved how much dressier and stylish these looked. I wasn't sure about the sizing though since I usually wear a 9 in the classics, but I know those run bigger. I waited until I could go to an Ugg store and try them on in person. They are just as cute in person, but the fit was way off for me. The 9s fit ok, but the width was tight so I tried the 10s. They were a bit big in length (which I wasn't worried about since I could always wear thicker socks), but they were still so narrow. I felt like the boot was rubbing uncomfortably on the sides of my foot and my ankle. They were also very difficult to get on, even in the larger size. I don't have wide feet at all, so I feel like this might be a concern for many people. The look of these boots is great, they seem to have quality construction, but the fit just didn't work.

I didn't know how to rate these for a couple of reasons. The boot is impossible for people with moderate to high in-steps to get on. I can get them on with effort but I got a pair for my sister for Christmas and she could not get her foot in them at all. Beware of that issue if you have moderate to high arches. Otherwise, the boot is cute and comfy, however, I do agree with others that the arch support is pretty non existent. I use insoles in mine though which helps a great deal. They ran true to size in my opinion, except for the struggle to get them on.

Although these boots are adorable and well made, they were very hard to put on. When I finally put them on, they were much too tight right around the ankle part. I ended up ordering a different style from uggs which were perfect. The absolute best is ordering from zappos! This is the only place I purchase shoes for the whole family!
