I love the style and everything about these boots. Except, I should have listened to the other reviewers, they were right. The way these boots are cut, even with a side zipper (that goes low) it was impossible to get my feet into, and I do not have high arches. Very strange design and hard to imagine having this problem until you have these boot and actually try them. Sadly I will need to send them back.

These are incredible boots that are made for walking! I absolutely love these boots. I bought them as the only pair of shoes that I took for a winter vacation in Spain - and they did not disappoint! From the moment I put them on, they were super comfortable. Whoever said these are the slippers of boots was right on. Plus they are a little warmer than your average boots, but not so warm that your feet start to sweat. They are just perfect!

Got these for my 14 year old daughter for xmas. She likes me a lot. Sizing pretty close to normal UGG--maybe a tad larger.

I didn't know how to rate these for a couple of reasons. The boot is impossible for people with moderate to high in-steps to get on. I can get them on with effort but I got a pair for my sister for Christmas and she could not get her foot in them at all. Beware of that issue if you have moderate to high arches. Otherwise, the boot is cute and comfy, however, I do agree with others that the arch support is pretty non existent. I use insoles in mine though which helps a great deal. They ran true to size in my opinion, except for the struggle to get them on.

Easy to wear from day one. No breaking in necessary. My only complaint is that they are rather flat footed boots and there is little cushion for arches/heels. It's just a change from my last style of boot so it's more noticeable. I do love the ease of on/off and overall comfort.

These are impossible to get on! Something with the design of the heel leather and where the zipper comes down makes it impossible to pull these on. I had to return them because there is no way boots should be this difficult to put on. I even have narrow feet and ankles. Terrible design! Too bad.

It is a nice boot. I have worn it on several days with heavy rain, and they are indeed water proof. The exterior is a bit rougher (I guess distressed is the more poetic word) than I imagined from the picture. One note about the size: when they arrived, I thought they were too small and sent them back to get a half size bigger. However, the inside lining compresses, and now I wish I had stuck to the original size. They are still comfortable, but the smaller size would have been better.

Surprisingly comfortable. I'm on my feet all day at work and my feet are fine. Comfy right out of the box. They're pretty cool-looking, but maybe just a titch on the plain side. I've had some issues getting them on, but I have really high arches and wide feet. I struggle for about 20 seconds to get them on. It's getting easier the longer I own them because they're starting to break-in. Warm, too! Just in time for winter.

Love this boot! Very warm and comfortable. Fits true to size. I wear a size 6.5 and tried on a 6 and 7 as well. The 6 was too tight and the 7 was roomy. The size 6.5 fits perfectly, even with thicker athletic socks. I've worn these almost everyday since I got them and they were comfortable from day 1, as well as after a long day walking around the mall xmas shopping.

These are really cute and breaking in nicely. I had to order inserts for additional arch support, but there is plenty of room for them. This is my first pair of Uggs.

These are great looking boots. They run narrow. I could not size up because then the boots would be too big overall. That is too bad.

These are super comfortable, warm - but not too warm for SC winters - and versatile boots. Have gotten lots of compliments. Have worn them in several walking circumstances since purchasing them 5 weeks ago. Absolutely NO complaints. Extremely well-satisfied with the boots and, as always, with Zappos service. I'm about to order the UGG Kesey style in black due to my great experience with these boots.

All I can say is that these are the best. They are really comfortable, look cool (not 100 percent as cool as I thought they would but still cool) and are weatherproof. I walk to work (20 minutes) each day and these are great.
